Just wanted to say how refreshing it is to have a company that is kind and courteous on the phone and who sends out equally courteous people, on time and when promised. I live in Parkland and my husband and I always say we get the "Parkland shaft" because lots of service companies jack up the price when they hear what city you live in. I have had my septic emptied by this company three times in the past 15 years and the price has remained the same, far lower than the popular competitors. Good old fashioned service and price! Very nice.

Should have written this a year ago, But i waited, I had them come out after using a couple other companies for years every month (Yes EVERY MONTH) turned out I had a snag in a line that was catching waste in the pipe and clogging the piping, Not a septic problem, But none of the other companies were interested in fixing it, They all said My Tank needed replaced (A-LIE) well its been a year and no problem, I would and will use them again whenever the tank needs cleaned again, NOT The OTHER SEPTIC COMPANIES .

Had tank pumped, spent a lot, called back 4 months later to have it done again as I have a drainage field issue they gave me same price. I asked for price break for having to use them again after such a short time the office manager or wife of the owner offered me a hefty $5.00 off discount..(thats sarcasm you detect) She could care less about the customers their family is servicing so i contacted another vendor who was $60 cheaper and very nice man.

Make sure you know the size of your septic tank before you call. Quoted a price of $299 over the phone when they got to my house I was told the tank was larger, 1350 gal and it would cost me $150 more so I said ok. The next day I verified with health department the size of my tank and found they over charged me. I am happy with the work they did thus the 2 stars but felt like I was cheated

I actually cant comment on the service of this company, but I can comment on the reliability. Ive been chasing them for literally three weeks to have my septic tank located and drained. Very nice people, but they are yet to return a phone call of mine and after at least six attempts to get service Ive finally given up. If youre in a hurry this is not the place to look.

The best.....Very professional. I can recommend this company after using 4 different companies in the past. this family owned company, arrived on time, called in advance and got the job done. They actually cleared a root from the main line to the septic tank. They pumped and cleaned the tank twice. Also, they had the most affordable service.

The WORST EVER, please Stay away.! How a cleaning bill quoted at 295$ , went to 668.75$ Over charge for filter and pressure Clean.! Please STAY AWAY ,, call another Company, this is the first and last time, i will use this company, Totally Dishonest, ...! They will for sure Blindside you with Price..! God Bless Them..!

Scam artists. We paid the $300 to get pumped then we were told that we would have to pay another $500 to remove sand and another $1k to repair the septic lid. We had the lid done by another contractor then called back, guess what?! Now they want $750 to remove the sand. Unreal.
