Eric and Water Heating Experts are off the charts awesome! He took the time to educate me about electric Tankless water heaters and his quote was 1/5th the price of the highest quote I received. Even home depot quoted me 4x the price of what he ended up charging me. Eric helped me understand the Electrical requirements of the EcoSmart 47 I had purchased and walked me through getting the right electrician out to do the electrical part. The cool thing about Eric is that he specializes in ONLY water heaters so he is able to get them done fast, efficiently and for a lower cost then most. He arrived on time, was professional and got it done quickly. When dealing with a remodel like I have, I can tell you that this time of impressive service and value is uncommon. Its a breathe of fresh air to hire someone like Eric. Eric did a phenomenal job on my hot water heater install. He responded extremely quickly to diagnose my failing heater, and did the install on the next business day. He also identified and remedied dangerous and shoddy work done in the installation of the original heater. His fee was quite competitive.
