Im very thankful that a friend recommended this place to me. Im getting a great workout and learning something technical at the same time. Id previously been working out by myself and was really bored and unmotivated. The trainers here are very knowledgeable and absolutely great people. I like the atmosphere and Im having a great time. I could not recommend this place enough.

The most important fact about this group is the positive energy you get each time. The owner takes the time to teach and motivate the class. Always adding different techniques never repeating boring drills. The music is unique and fun. Now is home for me, I look forward the 3 to 4 times a week I get to go. Its like family. Great place, fun workout and overall a great value!

Great boxing gym! Love the music and the vibe. Great location and well gated and protected. I have been training at a lot of gyms and Djinji at SolBox has built and working a great fitness program for all. Ive lost 10 lbs since Ive joined and I love the fact that you can workout, listen to great music and learn some technical aspects of boxing while working out.

Coach Djinji Brown is the best trainer in the business! I came to him already in shape and he took my body fat from 8% to 4.5%. I have been working out at SolBox for over a year and love it! I had a run in w the owner after a car accident. It could have easily turned negative but the guy is a real man. Spiritually centered and based. I have nothing but respect for the man. Anyone lucky enough to train w him will be better for it. Respect

Best boxing gym in Miami!! It is not the biggest, but has the best vibe and Since the owner is a boxer himself the equipment is very good!! If you want to truly get in shape or learn technical boxing...this is the place!!

Too bad a great gym with a great coach charges me even after the signed 6-month contract, with no type of reimbursement for what they say is a "rollover." Greedy people.
