To all interested in a solid gym experience: I’ve been a member of Steel Gym for a full two months now and I can not say enough good stuff about my experience. Steel Gym is just the place I’ve been scouring Miami for, for almost the last decade! Their location is in the 55th Street Station a block off Biscayne Blvd. You could drive right past it if you weren’t looking; but I tell you once you stumble across this place, your search for a gym is over! The facility itself is moderate in size,but where some may think it lacks in square footage it more than makes up for it in pure attitude and functionality. They have every machine you could think of; including not one… not two…but three, count’em, three leg presses! The dumbbells seem to go on for days! The clientele are pleasant, considerate and goal oriented. This is no “meat market” people, we’re here to work! Not to mention the staff are approachable, friendly, and grounded. This gym opens early and closes late. I’ve never had to wait around to work out. I have had a fantastic experience and they definitely don’t break my pocket to be there. I highly recommend Steel Gym to anyone looking a place to pump iron.

Being new to the area I searched gyms in the Miami area to see what would be the best fir for me. I decided on Steel Gym , easily. Upon walking in it was much bigger than expected. The people here are very helpful and friendly , from the front desk to the personal trainers , to even the members who have been here for years. The number of free weights is great , as the amount is a problem in lots of other gyms. The slogan "The Only Real Gym In Miami" is very fitting. All the equipment is kept up very nicely , and is top of the line. If youre looking for a "no gimmicks" gym and are looking to get REAL results , this is a gym I strongly suggest you look into.

Im new to Miami and Im looking for a new gym. I stopped by this gym to get price info. The guy at the desk with glasses said " hey if you can come back and use the gym if you want. So yesterday 8/10 I did just that. However the owner said I could not use the gym because I have a NY Id. I could not understand her logic. And the gym is not worth $80 a month. No specialty equipment.

I like it here. It has everything you need. There is a mix of people in here from young to old and average to bodybuilder physique. I can usually get through my workouts without having to wait too long for a piece of equipment and everyone Ive talked to in there was nice. Oh...parking is free except friday/saturday night which is fine with me. Im happy with everything.

Got charged double fee for me n my husband when it suppose to be only once for a couple Do not speak English so impossible to explain anything Now stuck here for a year Would be 0 stars if would have a button for it Man on a front desk says I remember your husband when he can not even spell his name or find him on his computes Who do u hire ?!? Bullshit operation

Everyone at this gym is friendly an professional. The gym is always upgrading and changing things to make it better. They have great music as well. I see someone cleaning every time Im there working out. I would definatley recommend this gym, it truely is the only real gym in miami

Fantastic gym - well organized and clean. Well equipped with all top brands for all fitness levels. Excellent location with great parking. Pricing very affordable. Plenty of cardio. Friendly staff. Recommend highly. Good mix of clients.

Excellent gym with plenty of parking, shiny new equipment, and everything you would need to hit all muscls. Staff is very helpful and members are friendly. Highly recommend!
