Ive never had a group of strangers support me and push me to a level that I never thought I could reach. -- I signed up for a 1 month trial a year ago and thought Id give it a shot and then head back to LA Fitness. After my 1 month trial was up I couldnt imagine going back to the boring gym. The coaches and the fellow members at Live Free CrossFit make the environment so much fun and keep you wanting to come back for more! Its not even about joining any CrossFit and getting a good workout in... Its about the friendships that you build by seeing a group of people on a regular basis and supporting each other. And I can honestly say, I found that at Live Free!! :)

By far the best box in Miami. I was a little intimidated try CrossFit when I decided to go to Live Free. From the first day everyone was welcoming and friendly. The coaches are awesome; motivating and pushing to do your best while taking the time to teach you proper form. Definetly more of a community feel than just a regular gym. If you are looking to shed a few pounds, build strength, and do fun innovative workouts with other awesome athletes and coaches, definetly give Live Free a try!

Live Free CrossFit & Zone Training is more than just a gym. Its a community filled with like minded people encouraging and pushing each other to grow both mentally and physically. The huge facility has plenty of room and fun equipment to torture, I mean workout with. The training staff is top notch. They offer free parking. They offer free trials for anyone to get a taste of what its like to be a member at Live Free!

Live Free is one of the best gyms I have been to and I have been a long term member at 4 different crossfit gyms. The attitude of the members is always great and the classes always have multiple coaches working at one time. There are no small clicks from competition or gym intimidation, it is just a very fun atmosphere. Im happy that after searching a few gyms in the area that I was able to find Live Free.

I joined live free crossfit few months ago and love that box!! The coachs are amazing, always pushing you to be better and stronger while making sure you are doing the right moves. They also offer massage therapy services for recovery, healthy meal prep etc.. they do it all! :-) These guys are on top of their game! And most of all, there is such a great energy in this box.

Finally a workout I actually enjoy and where I see and feel results. If you are a beginner, which I am, they take time and work with you. Every session is different and never gets boring. The overall atmosphere in the gym is friendly and positive. I highly recommend.
