By far the worse experience ever. The sales person chased me for 2 months calling me from her PERSONAL phone to convince me to join the gym as i did not had that number saved. When i did and I needed something she would never reply, when I called her back to the number she used to called me. She replied in a very rude manner saying that that was her personal phone and that i should never call her to that number again. After I made aware the management about this they did NOTHING. After, I would email the useless people with the names of friends as references so I could get the 150 for referring. After I gave her the number emails and phone numbers they would always say they did not gave me 150, because the person said someone else referred them. HUUUH. Ultimately I send and email for them to freeze my account SURPRISINGLY THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER ANSWERED. I am traveling obviously I wont be able to go and do it my self and meanwhile they will just ignore my emails

I had the WORST experience of my life. I was publicly humiliated, yelled at, and threatened by one of the personal trainers and the people of management did NOTHING to correct it. I wanted the trainer to apologize and I NEVER received the apology but instead was mistreated by people from management and even the general manager who preferred to defend the trainer and treated me as a liar. When trying to leave the gym not only because of the extremely negative experience but because I was also moving to another country, they made it almost impossible for me and didnt accept my travel documents and expiring work visa to instead make me produce a bill with my new address. Extremely foolish management not to mention that the gym is overcrowded NO MATTER what time you go, even at noon. There are lines in the restrooms and showers, and the water fountains suck. Overpriced, and the worst costumer service I have witnessed.

The gym itself is very nice, the showers and facilities are good, but they do make you pay for parking on top of the high fees. The trainers are for the most part are okay, but I did have a problem with one trainer chasing me around and texting me on my phone, and then another one who acted very innapropriately at the brickell location, ultimately making me leave that gym. The staff protects their trainers instead of listening to the members concerns, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. I think trainers should not approach members unless you ask them to do so or you need help, and when they do that frequently its harassment in my opinion.

Just became a new member. Daniela was my gym rep who was very friendly showed me around and gave me a big welcome into the Equinox. Wish they had little longer working pm hours since some of us are night owls but oh well it works for me as it is..

It is a good gym, a little small but still well used. Its usually not full and the classes are amazing. Only problem is its crazy expensive for personal training and if you want to bring a guest its $50 per day....insane.

theres a membership advisor here called Daniella who is a pathetic excuse for a human being. i will not be joining any Equinox ever after receiving her lousy service and dumb attitude over the phone.

now it is dirty, the floors need to be refinished, and half the time, there is not enough equiptment to go around in the classes. When they finally get a great instructor, they fire them!

Love this place. Was afraid it wouldnt be the same after Equinox acquaired Sports Clud LA but everythign maintained excellence. Black Light Boxing and yoga classes there are very good.

Group fitness classes are excellent and the facilities are very nice. Not too big and often crowded. Definitely recommend if youre living in Brickell and looking for a gym!

This gym should really be the best in Miami. But its not the machines are limited and it just seems the help is never around. The classes however, are excellent.
