It was my first time to this gym. No one was at the front desk to welcome me or walk me through the gyms concept.Then in the middle of the workout one of the gym owners (Diego) approached me to tell that I needed to pay for the day ($15) which seemed to be his biggest concern, I agreed to the charge and then I continued my workout but minutes after that the other owner came again claiming the $15. Is this good costumer service? Is it the business model just to charge for a days workout? I would not recommend this gym. Anyway this is just my opinion.

Wow, the gym owner is incredibly rude (Fernando) I called there to register three wounded warriors to the gym and the guys hangs up on me three times, at first I thought we got disconnected, then I realized the guy was being a douche bag! All he heard is that I had wounded warriors and thought I was going to ask for something free which I was not, I completely agree with that previous review saying avoid the Gym, so glad they showed their true colors before I sent our nations heroes there to work out, what a shame!

Amazing place . Nice and friendly staff . Clean . Everything is organized. Nice music . Not crowded. Bathrooms and Showers very very clean . hot water , big lockers . No contracts. Easy membership . Hablan español . A lot of machines , new and in excellent condition . Air conditioned working well . cold water . Big range of hours . The best gym in Miami so far . I gave it 5 stars.

I tried to drop in for a workout but was denied a one day pass. This was strange as I had called and confirmed the price prior to walking in. Very poor customer service.
