Ive been a customer there for about 6 months now. Im there quite often so Ive had a chance to really get to know some of the staff. Everyone is always very helpful and courteous. The place is always super clean and the facility just got a new face lift. Now it looks even better. I would definitely recommend this location even if it means you may have to drive farther. Its rare that you find a business with the "Three Cs": Clean, Courteous, and Caring. Ive rented storage units all over South Florida and this local is by far and away the best.

Superb! The staff in Public Storage - Miami Gardens was helpful and attentive. We were welcome by one of the most pleasing lady at the office front desk, Maida. Plenty parking spaces and no issues at all, we always feel safe. The place itself is well-kept and clean; you can see the security cameras at different location throughout the facility and office front desk and coded gate access at the vehicle access point, the location is great, facility hours are suitable and the cost for a climate-controlled unit is reasonable. Maida thank you for everything.

From the time I walked in and met Maida, she was so friendly and sweet. She showed me the property I would be renting and explained the charges one by one. She made sure my gate code worked and gave me a copy of all my charges, times I can enter the property and how to contact the rental office if I have any questions. It was easier then I thought it would be. Thanks Maida for being the kind of person that is so needed on the front line. Keep up the great work you are doing.

I HAVE HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AS WELL AS WITH THE MANAGER THAT HELPED ME.."MAIDA"! SHE WAS VERY WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND MADE THE PROCESS VERY SWIFT AND EASY. I LEFT WITH A SENSE OF REASSURANCE THAT MY PROPERTY WAS SAFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE IN THE AREA. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MAIDA FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE SHOWED ME.

This is the best experience ive ever had at a storage place, the staff was incredible. Maida helped me out quite a bit and the unit was as clean as a whistle. Im not recommending any other place to anyone else, this is the storage to rent at.

This storage is disgusting. Dont put your things in there it will get mold and mildew damage from the the roof. Look at the roof when you get in one of their units that stuff will be all over your things!!!!! DONT GO THERE
