Terrible, stressful, overall bad experience with Uhaul for tow hitch installation and trailer rental....But Lynette, the general manager was the bright spot. She worked her @$S off trying to resolve the issues. Lynette and her staff at this went above and beyond...for a duration of about 8 hours today on and off. I truly appreciate all your help with the chaos that took place. Thank you Miami Gardens staff! I will avoid Uhaul in the future unless this team is the one taking care of me.

The service has improved to A+, A+ for me under the current management. I have rented from this location numerous times over the past twelve years and my most recent experience left me extremely pleased. The staff works as a team to get the customers checked in and out expeditiously. Keep up the GREAT TEAMWORK.

Staff rude....also false avertisement. 19.95 is the starting rate. I only pickup up furniture locally and I used only 57 miles. They charge .85 per mile and triple if you use the turnpike. smh. i as better off using my friend truck.

Great people here at this location. I came here because they were the only ones who had the trailer I needed on a Saturday. Very accommodating, and even helped connect the trailer. Very nice people here!

Great service and convenient location. I pulled up in the rain and within 30 seconds a real nice guy helped me drop off the truck I rented. Within 2 minutes, I was on my way...excellent!!!
