Great Place for Storing "Stuff"... Customer service is fantastic. Property is clean and well kept. Only a couple negative things that I want to mention: First, is the requirement to have mandatory insurance. And you must purchase the insurance that they offer you, nothing else. It costs about $15.00 additional per month. Second, you must exit your vehicle to type in the gate access code, both when entering and exiting the property. Third, there is no lighting or electricity within the unit or anywhere nearby. Forth, since you DO have access when the office is closed, there should be no reason they cannot offer it around the clock, 24 hours. Overall, its a great place to store. Its a bit pricey for my budget, but its a great location and has a friendly staff. Grade A-

While searching for a new storage, I looked into serveral storage places and had serveral appointments to see storage locations. A sudden car accident cause my mother to be hospitalized and have major surgery. The only storage that was patient with me and call me back and show some concern was the manager at this public storage. After my mother is back home doing well I finally met with the manager Rick Morris. He gave a warm welcome and he took me and my husband around the facility. Grounds where very well maintained. He took time to explained everything to us. I am very happy with my choice to have public storage. A storage place that has people that cares!! I would refer public storage to any of my friends and family. Thank you!

Im so glad my wife and I found this location. Even before confirming this location, Rick (Manager) was trying to help us locate something closer to where we live down South. We decided to store our equipment at this location as we felt Ricks excellent customer service and sense of urgency deserved our business. Even when he was swapped with customers, he gave everyone the proper attention knowing that all of us where going to be dealt with quickly. The location is spotless and very well secured. I only wish Rick would have a location closer to our home, but until then well be his devoted customer.

Rented an indoor 10x10 and asked the rep if a couch fits throught the storage door (which are kinda small) ans he said yes. signed contract and tried to fit my staff and would not fit. went back to the office after 10 mins and wanted to cancel everything but they only credited me $11 out of the $58 I paid 15 minutes ago. oh btw the credit, they mail you a check within 3 to 5 business dayS!!! worst storage experience ever! they sales guy was extremely friendly but the policies from this storage suck! will not recommend this place. rat traps all over the unit so the was a red flag too.

The service I received at Public Storage superseded all my past Storage experiences. Believe me when I say that because previously, Ive use a few before and so far no one posses the quality customer service that Rick has.He takes the time to make sure moving in was a pleasant experience. The unit was very clean and convenient to my needs.I will recommend Public Storage to my Family and Friends I am very pleased with the services I received from Rick. I got to the office at about 5:25 pm the day before Thanksgiving with a difficult situation. I needed to rent a unit that same night because I had to move on Thanksgiving day, but I could not pay for it until Friday. Tracey and Alandra were at the office and were very patience, understanding and helpful. At the end I called a friend and he paid for the unit and Tracey and Alandra stayed until 6:30 and made sure that everything was taken care off. I really appreciate their effort.

Shan & Adrian are totally professional. Although they gave me bad news today, they totally handled it with care. They explained things to me that i wished were explained before, but thats ok. The fact that they took the time to explain specific things now, means that i know they will completely straight forward with me if anything arises. Thank you guys for your patients and professionalism with me. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it to anyone.

My experience with Rick Morris the manager at this Public Storage is beyond great! I am from upstate Ny and my daughter goes to college at NOVA in Ft Lauderdale... although there are closer public storages to her campus I prefer to deal with Rick. He has our best interest in mind, he is prompt , happy to help, and makes this transaction of summer storage one less worry on our list ! Thank you Rick for all you do and how you do it !

Rick the property manager is the best, he helped me to find a unit the was within my price rate and the right size for my need. Hes also very approachable and always willing to help with any issues. I would had left after my first year lease was up for a cheaper storage, but I doubt that I would had found a better experience than here. He turned out not to be just a great manager, but also a great friend.

Great customer experience and friendly staff. I rated this 2 stars because of the rodent problem I experienced while my stuff was in storage for about 6 months. I think they should really try to fix the rodent problem rather than throwing some poison packets in your unit. Next time I would go with an indoor unit rather than the outside one and wouldnt recommend this particular Public Storage.

Ive stored my things for 5+ years. The facility is well kept and my things are well kept because of it. Rick Morris is an exceptional manager. He has proven himself to be a very caring person who has always gone beyond and above to serve me whenever I needed help. Thank you for having such a great person to service your customers. He does Public Storage proud!

Rick does a fantastic job at customer service. He is very professional. The location is great for drive up storage, and is well maintained. My only negative is the change to have mandatory insurance. If this change is for all of Florida or even a county, the website should say so. You can purchase your own, but you must provide proof of insurance.
