I just want to let everyone know how extremely happy I am at extra space storage and Ill tell you a why ... Victoria the manager goes up and above the call of duty here .. She listens to any situation that may come up and all of my deliveries that come to my units everything always goes to the right units .. I do rent a lot of units here and everything is always in order at this storage space ... Victoria is always polite and always willing to help everyone here with all there needs .. Its so nice to come to the warehouse and see her smile behind the counter when you walk I the door to ask a questions .. I just want you to know what a great asset she is to your company for all she does at your facitily and everyone should be like her.. Brent has not been here long but he is a great asset to your company too always very kind and willing to help and always has a big smile on his face too .. They both just have such big hearts and it really shows here that they love what they do... FYI everyone should rent here!!!!! You all would be very satisfied!!!!

I have been an on-and-off customer at this particular location since around 2003 or 2004. The staff is very friendly and they help you to find the right size unit for you. They work with you in any way and one thing that stands out for me is that this location is very clean. The cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. I would give 10 stars if possible. The french lady is not there anymore, but the current staff Vicki and Jackie I believe are their names are just a nice as the french lady. Both of them very helpful and very polite. Wouldnt want to store my stuff anywhere else.

I have used this facility for over 15 years, and have never had a problem. They are courteous and eager to help if I have any questions. The lady there (french accent), I do not remember her name, but she is the just about the most personable person I have ever dealt with in all my years in business. I actually enjoy going there to pay my monthly bill. Even though I have now retired my business, I still use a much smaller unit for some personal storage. I would recommend this storage location to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe place to store their possessions.

Today was a very stressful day for me but Mike helped alleviate some of the stress I was dealing with. I had one day to move all of my stuff into a storage unit. Mike made the process very easy and painless. He was very flexible, knowledgeable, and his professionalism and customer service skills was evident when he made my concerns his concerns. He got me a unit at an affordable rate. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will definitely use this service in the near future and I recommend Extra Storage to everyone without reservation.

Out of all the storage facilities that i have used...This is "THE BEST" storage facility ever. The staff... Vikki & Jackie are just wonderful, very warm and friendly, ALWAYS... I was reading the previous posts about "the french lady" lol...OMG...i knew i was missing a face there, Josiane was wonderful as well. I am also pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the surveillance system. Keep up the excellent work. -one happy tenant

I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FAMILY MEMBER & UPON ARRIVAL MRS. JOSIANE ( FRENCH LADY) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & INFORMATIVE. SHE TOOK ME ON A TOUR & ASSISTED ME IN PICKING OUT THE RIGHT STORAGE FOR MY THINGS I COULD NOT WAIT TO MOVE IN...I LEFT PUBLIC STORAGE TO COME TO EXTRA SPACE STORAGE & TRULY I OBTAINED A BETTER DEAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN & SAFE PLACE TO STORE THEIR POSSESSIONS. EVERN THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN....SMILE.

I recently rented a small storage unit at this place and it was a great experience. The place, including their restroom is always clean whenever i went there. The two ladies that work there are wonderful people. I was very happy with the price and promotion they offered me. Due to my experience, I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs storage.

I must say I am very pleased with this facility. I was looking for a storage place other than public storage. I havent had good experience with them . the facility is well kept . I spoke with mike who was very informative and professional. Im look forward to rent a space from them. I would recommend extra space over public storage.

Vikki and Brent are the selling points of this property. They maintain a clean, safe, friendly facility and are extremely thorough with offering help and following up. Prices are competitive and youll rest assured knowing that your goodies are well taken care of. Was so satisfied, I committed for a full year!

I never rented a storage unit before and didnt know how to go about it but with Vickis help everything went smoothly. She helped me picked the right unit size for all my things. Vicki was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Vicki and extra storage.

Super service and security. We rented a unit before moving into a home, Ive never had better service for a storage unit. The manager, Mike even called when my spouse left the door unsecured and secured it. Ill use them again for sure.
