I was looking for storage space and have gone to a few in the area, but none was suitable. A friend told me about her wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage at McNab Rd. I went on line checked it out and Reserved my space. Within five minutes I got a call from Robert whose was very polite over the phone. We set up a time for me to go in and view the space. At the Storage Office I met Tammy who was just so pleasant, she gave me a tour of the available space and helped me choose the perfect storage space. Im happy with the space,my furniture are in a cool area.The staff are professional and the Facility is very clean. I will recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone who needs the use of Storage Space. It was a great experience and I felt comfortable storing my furniture. Tammy, you are a star at what you do, keep shining.

Great staff, I am moving and never rented a storage unit before. I went to many different storage locations before coming to Extra Space Storage. Tammy spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She went through every detail with me and we looked at several different size units till I found the one I needed. She was very patient with me (I am very picky) and she always had a smile on he face, which is very rare these days. Tammy and Robert were very friendly and even answered all my questions weeks after I rented my unit. They make me feel that I am always welcome even when I come into the office or see them riding their golf cart. I will always recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks.

Prescribed Cure

My unit was robbed after having my things stored there for 2 years. Whoever did it completely changed the lock which had the extraspace sticker on it and they have no way of knowing who did it because there are no cameras inside the area where the small units are. They can only see who drives up. The clerk was not very helpful and all he did was take a picture and told me to file a police report and claim with the insurance company. They still expect me to pay when the unit is virtually empty. They have also went up on the the price twice without notice and they overcharged me for a 3-month span. In my opinion this place is not really secure and I had I known I would have went elsewhere, like Im doing now.

I have mixed feelings about Extra Space Storage. They had a great deal as far as me not having to pay a down payment, But I feel as though they make their money back after they increased my rate by $13 after the 6 month period. I appreciate the fact that I can pay my bill on-line but found it inconvenient when I was unable to speak to a rep on-site to pay my bill by phone when my account was too far past due to pay on-line. I do love how clean the premises are, and the customer service is also exceptional so far. My issues are minute so I would still recommend Extra Space to friends providing them with the few stipulations that they do have.

I have been overcharged for my storage unit for the passed two months after changing my payment info. I cannot visit the facility because the opening/closing times are the same as my job so I would not make it in time. Currently I am out of town and my husband and I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to speak to a representative to resolve my issue and no one answers and/or I am being told by a recording that my zip code is wrong. My next step is to dispute all charges with my bank.

Made a change to my schedule of payments and got charged $20 more on my card. Complained to clerk, admitted that the computer had made an error and that I would get a refund for the amount. Refund never came, thought it would come off the next months payment. Instead it charged me $15 more than my usual payment. They love to blame the computer, nothing gets resolved. Taking my stuff out of there this month. Stay away from this facility.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The office staff should be considered exceptional for all of their helpfulness. HOWEVER, I have only been there 2 months. If there are sudden rate increases, I will be vociferous in "outing" their teaser rate, with scheduled increases unpublished. That is not nice...especially since we know that the property taxes are going down,so there are no sudden financial emergencies.

I have had a unit for almost a year.never had any issues everyone has been nice.yes I was upset that after 6 months my rent increased but doesnt everything these days.when I shopped around before going here and this was the best. everything is on the ground floor that right there is worth the price of admission.Have recommended many friends and have always got my credit.

I recently moved from NY to Florida & I spoke to Dean at this location on the phone from NY. He was very helpful with helping me find the right storage unit to fit all my furniture & personal stuff, since this is the first time I am using a storage facility. The staff here is very courteous and the place is very clean & safe. I will recommend it to anyone!!.

Its near where I live along with several others. They had the better rates, the office team are friendly and responsive, they had the small unit size I was looking for and nothing has ever been a problem. I reccomend the e-payment system they have as easy to use, easy to monitor and the communications are useful and timely.

This place is absolutely amazing. The representative that took care of us name was Horace. He was such a pleasant guy, really nice and friendly. He made sure our needs were met, he took his time and went over all the rates with us. I would definitely recommend using Extra Space Storage and ask for Horace, hes awesome.
