Mi. Nombre es Olivia Abraha, he estado rentando sus facilidades Por dos ocasiones. En Pembroke pines, Florida, la manager la señora. Liliana me ha ofrecido todo tipo de ayuda en la forma mas gentil. Las bodegas y corredores siempre estan muy limpios. La atención y cuidado del lugar es excelente. La señora. Liliana es muy competente y amable. Estoy muy agradecida con ella. Si en el futuro necesitara rentar Siempre vendría donde la señora Liliana.

The bathroom is always dirty, the people who manage this property they just care to make money, they dont care about the customer and raise the rent every 6 months and you have to pay an insurance you dont need it. El bano siempre esta sucio, los que manejan esta propiedad solo les importa hacer dinero, no led importan los clientes y cada seis meses suben la renta y te obligan a pagar in seguro que no es necesario!

I travelled a very long way to sell my home in FL and I was in need of storage. I found PS online and my expectations were very low. What I found when I arrived was a pleasant surprise. Instead of some kid sitting behind a counter playing with his or her phone in a dingy office, I found a very clean and well organized office with a service rep named Liliana who was very busy at work. She was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. She took time from her work to assist me setting up my storage. She answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Her customer service skills are above and beyond anything I expected from a storage facility and she should be recognized for that. If this is how you run your business, I will be back for all my future storage needs in the area. Thanks!

While the prices are good, the management, both on-site and regional, are rude, incompetent and dishonest. For two months, there were problems with the gate, so that the gates were just sitting wide open and ANYONE could go in. the elevators, which are supposed to require a code, were also just working without any codes. when i spoke to the on-site management, their response was "Im not working now." I had to call the regional managers to get any information, and the woman whom I spoke to, after more than 5 calls, blatantly lied to me about the problem and also made promises she failed to keep. When I move my stuff out, I will NEVER use this particular facility again. And I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else either.

I was looking for a storage space for a few days, and luckily I decided to come to this public storage location at Sheridan and pine island rd. And thank god I ran into this amazing person by the name of Liliana that works there. She was very profesional, patient, and committed. She took her time on explaining all the prices as well as showing me different storage spaces. Finally with all her help I was able to rent the right storage for the amount of things I had. She really made a difference on me taking my decision on renting the right space. I would definitely go back there, and I highly recommend for everybody to go there and ask for Liliana.

I am glad that people are actually giving these people 5 stars.... However, to me, they are the worst. Each experience is different. If everything goes as planned then they are good. But if there are issues to be resolved... Wooowww its a whole new ball game. You receive no help, no compassion, no alternatives. I would never ever rent with them again. That is a promise. 1star is too high in my opinion. Believe me, I will spread the word and bring this rating down because your company does not deserve that 4.8 rating.

Moved in end of Jan. Contract price was not reservation price quoted on the Internet. Person processing contract could not change system price and said that I should call next day for adjustment as the business office was closed. Made call to site manager next day and she said she would look into it and would call me back. I have been waiting over two weeks for a return call. Issue 1 - It appears that they will not honor the price quoted on the Internet reservation Issue 2 - manager does not return calls

I had a very smooth and through encounter with the staff. Lillian and AJ were very professional. From my first encounter to my last, i felt at ease with the staff. The storage was clean and very quiet. I Received excellent customer service and could not have ask for anything to be changed. Every little details were explained and i received excellent advised on packing away breakables items. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend for storage need to everyone.

This is a great public storage. Very clean and safe. Lilliana from the office was a great help. Very professional with great customer service experience. I had a problem with payment and canceling my storage lease just a day after payment was due and she helped call the district manager who was able to get back to her right away on a Sunday afternoon. Amazing experience!! Would definitely use them again!!
