I was in great need of a storage unit and when I came into this location I was greeted by a warm, friendly face. I have never rented a storage unit before and KERRY-ANN made everything so easy for me. She informed me of all my options and made sure that all my questions were answered. She also made sure that I had all the supplies I needed and even made a follow up call in case I was having any trouble. This was one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. She was just such a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend her if you happen to visit this location.

Before deciding to go with Public Storage I researched the other facilities in the area. Then I read reviews. The reviews about Public Storage at this location were very positive, especially with regard to their customer service. And with few exceptions they all cited a particular staff member, "Mitzie." Well, after meeting her, now I know why. Mitzie is extremely helpful, very patient and efficient. She was clear, concise and very pleasant. I am glad I decided to use Public Storage and this location. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again Mitzie.

You must know by now that you have a gem at this location!!! Ebony is the absolute best at what she does. I have 2 very big units plus one parking spot and have been here for years and never had the kind of service Ebony gives. She went out of her way to be sure I had the information my company requested and I cant thank her enough. Please be sure to recognize her and dont dare move her to another location....she is just what this location needed, friendly, fast, reliable, helpful and dedicated to her customers.

Tricia and Mitzie were both very friendly and helpful. Tricia took the time to evaluate our needs and recommend the best storage unit for us. The downpour we arrived in didnt stop her from taking my husband out to the unit, umbrella in hand. They were both very professional yet down to earth. The unit was clean and easy to find. This is our first experience renting a storage unit and, so far, we couldnt ask for it to be any better. We would highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs.

Mitzie is so nice and her helper Justin was great too. Their customer service skills were unmatched by any others storage. Im a return customer to public storage and I would highly recommend public storage. The prices are great and the promotions they have are great too. Check out Public storage and if you want to meet nice people you should go to this location. They will take good care of you.

I sent a co-worker to this location to rent, Just because customer service was nice I came and brought boxes. The information I receive just for purchasing boxes was mind blowing LOL!! What Im trying to say is that Ebony broke it down about the boxes dimension and all. I walked in frustrated and walk out with a smile on my face. Co-worker that rented is Crystal Izquierdo.. We were in a bind and needed somewhere economical to store our furniture until we found a permanent place to rent. Public Storage delivered everything they promised and more. The fees were reasonable, service was excellent ... the $1 for the first month was a definite plus as well. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone for your Storage needs!!

Spoke to Ebony over the phone she was so pleasant and nice she gave me all the information I needed destination and all.. Came in to this location and there was Ebony and Jennifer... I see lots of great reviews, but my experience was not great. The hallways are dark and dingy. Small single door entrances to hallways, that are NOT very accessible, I was also asked to pay with cash, since their credit card machine mysteriously went down at 5pm... I think not. I went up the street and found a much nicer place for the same $$.

Ebony was a breath of fresh air. Her people skills and ability to make one feel comfortable, knowledgeable and informed were exemplary.
