I swear everytime I visit this location no one is ever there! They always have a sign put up on when they will return. And then when you wait for the time they say they will be back, theyre still not there! This is really ridiculous and an inconvenience big time and something needs to be done..hire more staff or manager please !! Its a shame that everytime I come here I have to WAIT 30-40 minute for them to return. So glad Im going to close my storage account with them. I will not be back at this location.

Ive been using this facility for at least 6 years. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Everyone is nice and the facility is great. The building is air conditioned which is great for whatever you are storing. Never had a problem here and would recommend it to anyone.
