This place is Great, Clean, Friendly, and has the Best Pricing in the area! I walked in just before closing time on a Friday night and the gentleman on shift, Dennis, didnt make me feel like I was a burden. Very professional! He went out of his way for me by helping me decide which size and unit placement would benefit me the most for my dollar and accessibility needs. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice, with a pleasant demeanor. The storage units are very clean and the whole place is well maintained. I recommend renting from this place!

This is my second time using Extra Space Storage. The manager James and assistant manager Frank were a HUGE help! Since I already have a unit here we needed to get another one super close by so that we could transfer something easily in between them. Even though the system was showing there werent any units available, they took the time to search the system thoroughly and found one for us for a great price. Will definitely be using Extra Space for all of my storage needs in the future!

I used Extra Space Storage to hold furniture and household items this Summer during my move to the Northeast and was so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and help of everyone I worked with. The management was communicative and explained all the different parts of the rental and usage process clearly, making a hectic move much easier and less stressful. Very professional and courteous. Ive always gotten great service when Ive needed it. The area is generally clean and well-managed. Units are easy to get in and out of. Would recommend this place to anyone. Had another great experience with Extra Space here on Peters Creek. Lost the key to my unto and they were very helpful in getting me back in. Really convenient, clean facility with excellent customer service. Got really kind service when we chose our space from Cody and kind extra assistance with our lock from Matt when moving in our belongings. This is second Extra Space Storage weve leased storage space from and both have been great experiences. Highly recommend.

Your average storage facility. They did almost sold my unit by mistake in an auction. Which í was up to date with the payments, they said it was a confusion with the numbers. But thankfully nothing was missing. And they realized what they did quien they did it. So no biggie.

They enticed us with a low initial price of $67/mo and ramped up the price every few months until we got to $108/mo after all our stuff was packed in. Finally moved out stuff out because thats a ridiculous price for a 5x10 unit
