Horrible, stay away. Went for a hitch and wiring service that took 8 hrs. The manager left me at his location alone with his inexperienced technician. After two hours of the place closing I told the young technician to call his manager and get additional help to figure out why my break lights wouldnt turn off, service light went on and my push start button didnt require for me to press on the breaks. I ended up speaking to the manager who told me he couldnt help me and to leave my vehicle at his location and come back the next day when his "master" tech would try to figure the problem out. I told him I would not leave my vehicle at his location and if he could ask to bring his "master" tech in at that moment so I could go home with my fixed vehicle, his reply was "no I will not ask my tech to come back to work cause he wont come back"......whos the manager, him or the tech??? So I guess a customer stranded at his location after hours alone with a inexperienced tech who has been waiting for 8 hrs is not a good enough reason to bring someone back, got it. Lucky for me the young tech eventually figured out the problem by googling it, it was a loose wire. I felt bad for the young tech, he busted his ass to fix the problem, I guess his manager feels that hes employees are on there own when things go wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Uhaul besides this place, you are risking your vehicle to a poorly managed location that could damage your vehicle or someone.

I spoke on the phone with a U-Haul employee from their facilitys phone number (her name was Crystal) because I needed indoors storage for my small boat. She quote me $304.00 plus tax, plus after-hour access fee, plus pad lock and plus insurance, and I agreed to terms (one month minimum, even if I was only going to use this place for 3 days). She sent me an e-mail confirming reservation. Few hour later I went there to make payment, and when I told them that I wasnt going to insure my boat for less than $15000, they refuse to provide service to me on account that they dont storage boats (but their web site claims that they do... These people are not honorable, they change their story too many times... I do not make deals with crooks. Would you? I do not recommend these folks. I have their email reservation if any one wants to see it so that you know I am telling the truth. I hope Irma doesnt destroy my boat, but I dont think they care. I am giving them one star because there is no "0" star option here, otherwise I would give them a "minus five stars" , anyway, I am going to send a letter to my congressman about their unethichal business practices.

Dont loose your receipt. Asking for a copy is a hassle for them. Im in charge of the bookkeeping for my company and I had called in around 3:35 pm on Thursday 4/27/2017 and a lady answered the phone. asling her for a copy was like asking for her to perform open heart surgery. She was slightly snobby and rude. Tracing the receipt was not a problem, the software they have is reliable. The issue was dealing with her and having her e-mail it to our company. She said that they can only e-mail it to his e-mail, which didnt help much. What if he was fired or an ex-employee?? So I said why couldnt she e-mail it to our company e-mail, in fact the bill was paid with our Company Credit Card, and she still insisted it was company policy...? Huh - Seriously got to reconsider that policy!!! Rude service and no motivation to seek assistance or ask the manager to accommodate our situation.

Nice storage facility with mostly climate controlled units. Their website isnt clear on this, but any second floor units are easily accessed via large elevators! Note that they charge $10 extra monthly for after hours access which doesnt appear on the UHaul website, but is definitely worth it if you need to get in after office hours-- very few storage facilities around here have access outside of their office hours anymore! Very clean, safe, and well maintained. Hialeah Gardens police tend to be in the area overnight, so you dont run into people lurking there. Tricky to access at times due to road construction off property, though that should clear up once the Palmetto is finally done (ha!)

We have had the worst experience with this company! We are being charged for uboxes that we unloaded and returned over a month and a half ago. They now have our card on file and are refusing to remove it, actually they claimed to remove it and then dont We just received notices via email that they are charging us for a service we are not using! Worst of all any time I call, I get a voicemail and no return phone call. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will not use their service in the future.

The folks at “U-Haul Moving & Storage of Doral” are fantastic! I needed a hitch & wiring installed on my BMX X5 and they did an incredible job for me. Installing a hitch/wiring on an X5 is difficult (as you have to remove the bumper/etc.); but, it was no problem for these folks. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of all employees. Everyone was very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hitch for their vehicle.

Rented a 10ft truck for 4:00 rental. Got there about 30 minutes early & the two women working the front desk were on their lunch break & eating next to the work station. There was no one working the desk. They stated that there was no 10ft trucks available anyways so I had to wait. When I asked what if one doesnt get returned by 4 I was told theres nothing they could do. Whats the point of a reservation then? They shouldve at least offered to upgrade it.

Easy and fast renting process, not giving it five stars cause had to wait 30 minutes to have someone check out the rental. Not the employees fault (because he was busy) but the managers fault for not reassigning other employees who were not busy to this task. While there where 3 customers waiting in line, they had employees relocating trailers or just idling.

Really good pricing and sizes, I recommend it, if you are looking for a fast place now now now to storage. Customer service is horrible, totally dont, we were ao in need that i had to pass that aervice otherwise I would have gone to one that gives a better service.

Ive been renting here since I arrived in Miami in 2009. I rent equipment here almost every month. The staff provides great service and the facility has plenty of equipment. They have always done their best to assist me when needed.

rented a truck back in December and have been charged twice for apparent tolls from that rental with a notice that Ill be charged a 3rd time. Customer service is no help says its all in the contract, avoid this place.
