The Manager or front desk guy is very racial, he speaks spanish but doesnt want to talk it. He is a nasty horrible person and I will never do business with that company because of him. El gerente o persona que está enfrente es muy racista.. el habla español pero no quiere y se molesta horrible por tener que hacerlo que pena de persona ...es irrespetuoso y horrible para trabajar enfrente y lo peor no le importa parece como si fuera el dueño del lugar .

Ive been to many storage units... without a doubt, taking away the hardships of moving from place to place the gentlemen that attended to my needs from day one, made my experience a very easy and pleasant one. In spite of the broken elevator and the inability to come in on the weekend is worth the effort because of Giovanni. Id also like to mention that there was not just a professional deminor about him but a personal one as well.From time to time I would be checked upon, asked if I needed help, water etc.. I will be more than happy to recommend Light House Storage, and more importantly have anyone that chooses this facility to ask and hopefully end up working with Mr. Giovanni Nolasco.

Never got around to talk to the front desk person. The guy was on break and Wave me off ( with a nasty attitude) through the glass door while pointing to the the small clock on the door that I had not noticed. While I was waiting outside under the burning sun I called another storage and took my business some place else . Thanks God for competition and capitalism!

The guy who is always at the reception desk has the worst customer service skills. He has no business working with people as he is the rudest low class individual I have ever encountered. Lighthouse storage should find anyone to take his position.
