They just remove and replace parts until they hit the right thing all the while charging you $75 an hour labor. They also have a large markup on parts. Their initial estimate is never what you end up paying. I will never go back there and would advise anyone to not go there as well. I took my daughters car there a couple times and the straw that broke the camels back is when I took it in because it was overheating. The quoted me a price of over $900 to get it fixed. When they called me and told me that I said no thanks and went to pick up the car which was still running fine most of the time. When I picked up the car I asked the counter person for an itemized estimate for the repair so I could see what cost so much. It took him nearly 20 minutes of playing with the computer to give me the estimate that he had just quoted to me over the phone 20 minutes earlier. When he finally was able to come up with an estimate it wasnt even for the price I was quoted over the phone. It was like he just pulled a price out of a hat to see if I would over pay again. I ended up replacing the thermostat myself for less than $20.00. They had told me it needed a new fan assembly, radiator flush, thermastat and the five hours of labor to do it all. They would have fixed the problem but I would have replaced a lot more than what was needed and spent many hundreds more than I needed too.

I had my 2001 Nissan Xterra towed to them after it quit on me in my driveway. They found both some issues I knew existed and some others that were causing the new trouble I experienced. Very fair prices and being a novice home mechanic myself I could tell how extremely knowledgeable they were not only about the problems I was having but also the model of my car in general. I could tell they spent some extra time diagnosing the issues and also explaining the issues to me. They also indulged me by showing me what they replaced and where since I do a lot of work on the car myself at home. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again if needed. Fair prices, good people, and a military discount too. great service and good turnaround time.

Always had great experience with them on various repairs over the years. First time I took my car in was 2002 and was what I thought was a busted water pump turned out to be something much more simpler and less costly to fix. Have been going back ever since. Today was same as usually and a quick fix that they gave me a great price on. Cant go round with these guys. CManson
