I went in to get a issue I thought I was having with my engine checked. Turning out to be a minor issue that wouldnt actually be a problem for awhile (I am overly worried about my car sometimes) they took the time to show me on a engine they had out of a vehicle already where the issue was and answered some other general knowledge questions I had.The Excellent Customer Service and them not trying to rope me into getting something done that I didnt need done ensures that not only will I go back when I do need repairs, but Ill be telling others about my experience there as well :)

We brought in our only car, We have a huge family and on very limited income. We were estimated a repair in the amout of $300.00 After paying them over $100 to tell us this we found out from another place it was the gas gage was messed up and we had run out of gas at 1/8 of a tank.... months later, we still have not had to put any money into our car just keeping it full of gas... some places just like to get what they can out of you.

Amazing service!! My car was losing gas mileage like crazy and they were able to have the part ordered and fixed within a day and they also ordered my cv axle for so much cheaper than I was going to order (autozone) and replaced that next day. Just an awesome experience and some of the friendliest staff in Pensacola that I have been to. They had coffee too lol, its just not often that I run into an auto shop that really made me feel welcome.

wow $700 to fix a my battery a leak and find out why its not running!! they said they did everything but couldnt find out where the battery was draining from whe had already replaced the battery 3 times before going to them when we finally got it home we decided "wonder if they cleaned the cables " sure enough they were filthy Highway Robbery!!!!!!!!!! and now the car is leaking again

The first mechanic Ive been to that i can truly say is top notch. Excellent work with a very quick turnaround. You can tell they care about customers and everything they do is honest and fair, and even sometimes in your favor instead of theirs. These guys are just great people! Usually I feel anxious about repair shops and dont know really who to trust. Very kind people with reasonable pricing, and done in a timely manner. My motor mount had broke, and it is now running great. And never did I feel he was trying to up sale little extras like many shops do. Thanks Rodney, Deanna, and team!

The People at DeBrouxs are fair and honest. As a 23 yr old woman who looks 18, often times people speak to me like Im incompetent when I walk into an auto shop or parts store. Jimmy Debroux runs an honest business, and more than experienced. Ive been taking my both my cars there for years. One of my vehicles is a mod, and he helped me find someone to do a unique project b/c they had specialized experience. He believes in repeat business, and is not out to make a quick buck.

I was pretty convinced I had a starter problem so took it in expecting they would need to replace the starter. Turns out it was a bad cell in the battery. I appreciated their honesty and courteous service and will be a repeat customer.
