I have three things that are important to me in selecting a gym: 1. coaches who really know what they are talking about, 2. working out with a group of like-minded people and 3. a CLEAN gym. ADAPT encompasses all of those things and more, and is absolutely one of the best gyms in South Florida. I can always count on getting a quality workout in when I go and since day one, the coaches have always been welcoming and push me just the right amount to do more than I think I can. The coaches really know their stuff, and are big on making sure that form is proper when doing the workout (which I find to be extremely important and helpful, especially when lifting heavier weights). If youre looking for a gym with intense workouts, knowledgeable coaches and a great group of people, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Ive been to several gyms and this one takes the cake. Its such a great environment and I look forward to coming in every day. The coaches are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Every workout will kick you in the ass... but in a good way :) Also, the members are amazing! theyre super friendly and non-judgmental, Its just such a great environment to be in.

Thanks to Adapt Im starting to see results! The gym itself is awesome... the members and coaches is just a huge bonus! In the past Ive been having trouble going to the gym consistently but after joining adapt that terrible habit is gone. When you have a chance check it out! You will not be disappointed.

For the best programming and coaching, this is the gym you want to be at. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and will work with you at achieving your fitness goals. The environment is a super friendly and positive one. Everyone pushes and motivates each other. I wouldnt train anywhere else !!

Great gym. The North Miami Police Athletic League boxing gym is also located there! Both adults and kids can benefit from this great facility.

This is a great gym located in North Miami. It has group fitness classes, weight room and they are building an upstairs yoga studio.
