This gym is good, new. But the management is trash. Im a college student that moved out of Miami, and have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now. They cant do it over the phone because apparently they need the presidents permission, They require you to send a letter by mail, Even after you send the letter, theyll make up excuses that they didnt get it and that I have to certify send another letter (waste more out of pocket money, on top of the 2 months Im charged, plus a $40 annual fee). And they wont even give you a refund even if they know youve been trying to cancel for all that time. This is bull****! STOP SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Yes the gym is out dated and and dirty. but if your looking for a home town gym this is the place to go. The staff is cool and will help you if u need help. Its cheap right now its like $200 for a yr. not that busy and open 24 hrs on certain days. They classes are fun and the teachers are cool. There is a la fitness across the street but theres soooooo many people there all day. theres a line to get on everything and you have to be 45min early if u want to take a spin class. I actually just canceled my la fitness account to go back to us1.

Extremely bad place to sign up for. Courtney, was not helpful with cancelling the contract and they make it a deliberate inconvenience to do so. I clearly stated I was no longer in the area and asked to cancel. Several attemps to charge my credit card were made. These charges are unauthorized and unethical. They tell you one thing when you sign and then another when its time to go. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE. BUYER BEWARE!!

I was excited to sign up at their new location. I went with my girlfriend a few days ago and got the tour & tested the gym out. All of it was wonderful except for one awful deal breaker... you cant use the group fitness room when there are no group classes going on. Sorry US1 fitness. I hope you will change that rule. We are still searching elsewhere for our perfect gym. This was ALMOST it

I just moved here from NYC and this is definitely the best gym that Ive seen around here considering cost and amenities. Its no frills, but a great place to go workout. Its clean, all the machines work, the staff is friendly and people are in there to workout, not socialize... Thats all I need in my gym. Plus its 24hours most days and $20 a month! Cant go wrong...

Read in a review to check this place out. It was very nice. $10 for a day pass. Somewhat small, but nice. No frills or anything, but its only $10 for a day pass and it looked like it was only $19.95 for a monthly membership so what can you expect? It was a great gym though. Plenty of equipment. Staff was very friendly

No frills, but complete gym with plenty of equipment and a variety of classes. A refreshing alternative to the corporate gym juggernauts who are trendy yet overcrowded/overpriced. Very reasonable rates and NEVER a wait to use a machine. I love it!

Great gym, very good variety of equipment which is nice. Only down side is its a little small and sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a bit if a machine you want is in use but otherwise its great! Defiantly recommend!

Good gym they just need a better plate load leg press a decline bench and also switch the shoulder press machine for a better one. Members are awesome.
