It took them 2 hrs longer than they originally quoted us (which was 2, they doubled it) even though we told them exactly what they were moving and gave them all the information they could of needed to plan ahead. It took them 35 minutes to park the truck, minutes which we paid for. Numerous times throughout the move I had to physically help them move things because they werent prepared or were taking entirely to long (not little things, I had to help pick up a safe and a bar). They damaged my fiancés china cabinet, chipped it in numerous placed and cracked the big back glass. Its been a month and it is still not fixed and she has had to call every day to try to get someone out here. They outsource the repair but instead of handling the communication themselves since they broke it she is having to do all the coordinating and bugging 3 different people to get it done. Not once did they offer to reduce their price because their estimate was so far off, again, even though they new exactly what they were moving and where they were moving it to. Nor did they offer to take any off for the amount of time it took them to park the truck, which we paid 3 guys 30+ minutes for (roughly $85 to park). Would not recommend.

The Two Men and a Truck movers that moved us were slow, lazy, and expensive. The guys seemed completely unmotivated and seemed much more concerned with carefully folding up their supplies (tarps, belts, etc.) than with getting our belongs on and off of their truck. My husband and I were so frustrated with how slow the men were going that we helped move items to and from the truck just to speed things up. The move took nearly twice as long as a comparable move we did in a much more expensive area and cost nearly twice as much money. Going into this move, we were leery about using movers who refused to give us a not-to- exceed estimate and we will not make this mistake again. In conclusion, I do NOT recommend Two Men and a Truck. Weve used several other moving companies in the past and Two Men and a Truck were inferior.

Out of my almost now dozen moves that I have done, Sam and Derrick really made this one the best, smoothest moves ever. I was impressed with there good spirits after having taking things off of a 4th floor, stopping by storage (which filled the truck up to capacity, gotta love adult tetris lol) and finally dropping everything off in its rightful spot inside the house. Would I use them again? Hell yeah I would! Were these guys awesome? Hell yeah! I would refer two men and a truck AND Sam and Derrick to friends and also strangers at that one tiki bar that I love :D hella sweet bros! (Its a NorCal thing) -Ethan

I had Sam & Kalen move me from St. Petersburg to Tampa. They arrived exactly at the right time, packed up an entire house quickly and efficiently. Nothing was damaged. They drove responsibly to the destination and worked just as professionally to move all the furniture in and to the exact spots we wanted. They spent extra time dismantling and reassembling a large bed frame that wouldnt fit out the door intact. This service is above and beyond other moving companies I have used in the past and just as well priced if not better. I highly recommend this service to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area.

The 2 movers were awesome. Cant say the same about management (and I dont mean Michael). Was never told an hour would cost us $240. The only number mentioned over the phone was $120 prior to scheduling. Tried to renegotiate over the phone and asked for a discount on the driving fee, but this person went as far as to say "that would mean money out of my pocket... and I dont like to lose money out of MY pocket". Told him i was never quoted 240, but he just couldnt care any less. If this is the corporate culture, then youve just lost business from a good community.

Today Dan Cromer, Ryan Ball and Mike D moved my furniture from my storage unit ( after working overseas a few years) to my condo. They were thoughtful, efficient, friendly and took good care of my belongings. They took the time to make sure we had everything on the truck I wanted to take and Dan even took an extra bar stool off the truck when I realized three were on the truck rather than two. Each of the guys did a great job, and my things made it safely and well cared for to my new place. Thank you! Lisa O

Worst experience I could possibly have with this company. I have been trying to have items that were damaged repaired for over 4 months now without any response or return call from the manager (TJ) for over 2 months. We spent over a thousand dollars for our move to receive this kind of customer service. I honestly dont know how they can stay in business, this is pure disorganization and laziness of their management part since they are fully insured and should be able to replace things with no problem.

STAY away from this company! They broke about $13,000 worth of my stuff and TJ hasnt returned a single phone call in 6 weeks. Ive called the office, gone to the office, my husband has gone to the office, Ive called Corporate and still NOTHING! I guess the next step is getting a lawyer. Oh yeah, I bought insurance through them as well - that turned out to be as worthless as they are! I spent $7,400.00 on the move! Where is their customer service????

Ronnic and Merriet (Im not sure of the spelling of the names) were delightful. My move wasnt a move, per se, because I just needed someone to come and move some heavy furniture for me in a home that had just been repainted. These gentlemen called and arrived early and took great care of my furniture and walls. They helped me with some smaller items, also, and were pleasant and kind. I would call Two Men and a Truck again for my moving needs.

The move cost was 25% more than estimated. They sent too small of a truck and could not fit everything into it, had to personally make 5 pick-up truck loads to get the rest. Did over $2,000 damage to furniture and property. Office staff was unresponsive and made excuses when trying to deal with damage claim. Took over 6 months to get the damage claim settled. Worse move experience ever (this was a 6th move).

SAD PERFORMANCE I Booked and confirmed a move on a Saturday. They never showed up, never answered the phones. They claim to have phone service until 9 pm on Saturdays but no one answers or pays attention to messages left. Heard back two days later where they said driver did not find address. Amazing story as the address is easy to find in a well marked apartment complex.

I am extremely pleased with my move i dont usually do reviews but sam and alex were great such positive gentlemen hard working and took great care of my furniture and move such great movers i will definetly use two men and a truck again most importantly the attitudes were great thanks Alex and Sam A+ work
