Used this U-Haul facility twice in the past few years to move around town. I arrived before they opened both times and still had to wait in a line since they only had one person working the register (even though they had 2 terminals set up?) Staff was helpful, but didnt seem very friendly. Ill probably return if I have to, unless theres another U-Haul facility nearby I can use.

The blonde young lady working the front desk was SO RUDE!!! She had the worst attitude when we were signing paperwork and rude again when we dropped the truck off. With that being said the storage units are very clean and neat. I also love the climate control units and the rolling carts that are there to make moving all our stuff into storage unit much easier.

The manager "Bree" was very rude. I was told she was very stressed that day but thats no excuse, especially for leadership. There was also a general lack of courtesy. One would expect that though when management doesnt lead by example.
