Move was terrible. Called 2 weeks in advance to make sure we scheduled a morning appt. 8 - 10:00am. The afternoon before the move a girl called to say weve been rescheduled to 1:00. I told her that would not work, because we live 1 1/2 hours away and that would put us driving home thru Tampa in the worst traffic. She said she would make sure they were there no later than 1:00. They did not arrive until 3:00pm! The 2 men were nice, but were very slow. We only had a 1 bedroom condo, and we had already moved ourselves all clothing, everything out of the closets, pictures on the walls, and the entire kitchen. The only things left were the bedroom, living & dining main pieces of furniture. All the extras were already moved out. The move was to a storage unit 15 minutes away. It took them 4 hours to move. We arrived back at our home at 8:30 pm! We previously had Small Moves move a full house from north Tampa down to Sun City Center and those movers did it in 3 hours, an hour less time??? We have tried calling 2 different phone numbers leaving messages to speak to the owner or the manager, of course no one ever called us back. We actually have used this company 3 times. WE WILL NEVER USE. SMALL MOVES EVER AGAIN.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Small Moves. I was referred by a friend and called the company to get an estimate on my move. One of the owners came to my home and provided an estimate. Their price was competitive and I am certainly glad I choose them to move my belongings. Their experienced crew arrived in the time window allotted on move day…and let me tell you, when the company says you get 60 minutes a hour out of their workers they weren’t kidding. The two workers hustled from the time they arrived until the last item was unloaded at my new home. Everything was handled in a professional manor and there were no damages to my belongings or either of my households. Great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a professional mover!

You have to rely on the reputation a moving company has to hope for the safety of your belongings during a move. I entrusted SMALL MOVES with my valuables during my move North Pinellas to down town St. Pete. I really was banking on the glowing reviews people wrote about them. Their quote was very fair and the customer service was very friendly. The movers arrived early and got to work. Their packing skills were out of this world. I think SMALL MOVES should open up a side business of just packing! The boys were so careful while packing the breakables. They carried big pieces with ease and caution. The delivery was made on time and the movers even helped me a lot in setting up everything.

I submitted a very detailed request for a quote yesterday. Drake called me almost immediately and I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to help. He provided me with a fast and professional quote. To move a 3 bedroom home about 40 minutes was $1250+ which included a $128 service/trip fee. This was the 2nd highest quote I received. I get it because you usually get what you pay for right? The issue is that 34 hours have passed and I have not received 1 bit of follow up and I requested it for this AM after I spoke with my fiance last night. I am sure they do a great job but I took my business elsewhere to a company that followed up with me this AM per my request.

Truck blocked two residential parking spots in downtown Tampa, I ended up having to park a few blocks away (even though I pay for the residential spots) and walk with groceries. When I asked if they were aware that they were blocking residential parking and mentioned that they could just block the other side of the road where there are no spots, the man (young) said "yes Im aware" and then laughed. This same man was SITTING on top of boxes that were (Im guessing) full of customer belongings. I called their office, but the lady on the other end of the line seemed to care less than the young man "working".

Great experience! Easy to communicate with, and their follow up was incredible! I didnt know what to expect when I first reached out to them to gather info. about their services, but I was very glad and satisfied I did. Everyone in their staff--from the first person I spoke with on the phone to the movers themselves--were all exceptionally professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and their services are impeccable! Great local movers, with great attitudes!

The crew from this company was awesome. We were moving my mother from a retirement home back to our home in another state. They called and said theyd be there in 10 minutes. They were! They were respectful and courteous to the elderly residents. They took great care of my mothers belongings. They also packed our truck up so well that we were able to take more items than we thought. I cant say enough good things about Angel and Anthony. They were great!

I had a great experience with Small Moves today. Two very professional men arrived on time and worked extremely fast and diligently at the move out location. Once at the move in location, I changed my mind on the location of some heavy items and they were very courteous. They also managed to get everything in without even the tiniest scratch on my wood floor. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Small Moves Inc. From the start when I called to get an estimate until the truck was unloaded. The crew of Elliot and I cant remember the other guys name we very careful with my belongings. They actually made the move fun in a way. Even though I rescheduled once, they were still able to complete my move on the day that I needed it done.

Losers cant even use turn signals or follow simple traffic laws that are common sense or common courtesy. Just saying. Good luck with building your biz guys. Hopefully you will soon learn to respect your neighbors (the people in the community that you work and drive near) and put a little "attention to detail" in your mission statement and real life goals.

I am so glad that I called Small Moves.They moved a very special Grandfather clock. They treated it like it was baby. They packed it very carefully and I was very impressed. They guys were so very nice and polite. This is my second time using small moves and if I need them in the future I will call again. A company you can trust.

Ash and Rodney came on time and went right to work. They were polite, courteous and professional. I really liked working with them. They were very fast and efficient even on a hot day and considering we were moving in to a 3rd floor unit without an elevator. Because of them, I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone.

I was extremely happy with the Small Moves crew...they arrived when they said they would, wrapped pads around anything that could be damaged in transit, were courteous, fast, and packed the Pods so efficiently that they got all my stuff into 2 instead of 3 units (saving me a bunch of money). Id recommend them to my mother!
