Do NOT use this moving company. When I called to request their help I specifically asked the lady if they had all the necessary equipment for moving these items and she told me YES. We had just moved in and only needed their help with bringing up the washer, dryer, a couple mattresses and dressers. Well apparently they were NOT prepared because when the 2 guys were putting my washer in the laundry room the 2nd guy pushes AGAINST resistance to get my washer again dyed the wall. He then leaves the laundry room and is about to leave because they were finished. My fiancé happened to walk by the laundry room and sees that this guy completely ripped up the laundry room floor. Its not fixable. The guy who did it then says that its fine and that he didnt do it. We get upset and they then take $25 off the cost and say theyll show the pictures to their manager who will then be in touch with me. 2 weeks later NO CONTACT. I call and get the run around. And they say they have seen no pictures. So I say Ill email them. A couple days, no contact so I call back and Shelly says she only got a blank email and apparently didnt think to tell me right away when she got it. So I resent. A couple days later NO CONTACT. So I call AGAIN. And Shelly was apparently fired and the new lady says the manager will call me. 2 weeks later NO CONTACT STILL. I want my money back Bc I will have to pay to fix their damage. Do not use them. They are disorganized liars. Its worth it to pay more for a professional company.

We were scheduled to move at 7am, and because of the location of our new house and low lying tree branches they were going to rent a Uhaul. The day before the move I called and confirmed with Laura, everything was set to go. Day of move the movers didnt show up until 8:15am, with NO UHAUL, and greeted us with cigarettes in their mouths smoking in our garage. The entire time the three men argued with each other and were all around very unprofessional. I was quoted by Laura for a 6-6.5 hr move. 2 hours into the move the guys tell me they are going to have to make two trips because their isnt enough room..clearly they didnt pack the truck efficiently because they said they have a truck that can hold 2200sqft, and we were moving from a 1300 sqft townhome! The quoted price was $135/hr + $30 fuel charge + $135 for their time to drive. They ended up charging me for 8 hrs of moving (when I was estimated 6-6.5) + $75 fuel charge + the $135 for their driving time. Total it was over $300 more than what was estimated to me. The guys also did not read the boxes and put things everywhere. I found boxes that said clothes/closet in the garage!!! They put my bedframe back together and the wood bars that hold the box spring up were just placed back down instead of screwed in ( I found the bag of screws in the bathroom ), but they went ahead and put the mattress over it so I couldnt see. Overall horrible experience, would never recommend them or use them again. Total rip off. I feel scammed.

Reliable Movers just completed a move for me today. I have moved many times over the years and this was without a doubt one of the best moves I have experienced. Laura provided my initial estimate and during the move there were no surprises. She had set the expectations perfectly. My moving team (Sonny, Will, and Stacy) were superb. They were punctual and worked efficiently and without taking a break. Their teamwork was impressive, with each man doing his work without interrupting or impacting the others so as to maintain a constant flow of work at utmost efficiency. The guys were sharp, personable, and worked well as a team. It was fun to watch these guys work. For me the true test is whether I would use Reliable again in the future if I had another household move. I absolutely would and would recommend anyone engage Reliable. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I recently moved to Cove Cay on the third floor. I was so worried about all my furniture being able to fit in the elevator. I used Reliable and not only did everything fit, I could not believe how quickly they got everything in the condo. They were so fast! My entire move took less than 4 hours. The guys were extremely nice & professional. And, Donna, the office manager, called me after to make sure that I was satisfied. No wonder theyve been in business for so long. I highly recommend Reliable Moving & Storage.

I moved across the state in June 2017. Reliable Movers offered superb customer service. Laura was a great help in getting everything scheduled and was always available when I had questions. It was a large move, needing two trucks and a team of four men. I honestly think this was the most experienced and hardest working team I have ever encountered in all of my moves. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thank you for making a stressful time just a little bit easier.

The team at A1 was awesome! I had two pieces of furniture I purchased and I needed it delivered. Mike and his team went over and beyond! They surprised me by being able to deliverer the pieces early so I could get it set up before my husband came back from a work trip. They set everything up and made sure all the pieces were secure. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future. And they have great prices!

Great, great, great moving company!! The guys were awesome! They were super polite, asked questions about where our stuff should go, they were careful with everything, all of our stuff was still in one piece when they were done and they finished earlier than what they estimated me over the phone. I cant say enough about how great our movers were. Definitely will be using these guys in the future!!!

I took the time to submit a very detailed request for a estimate/quote yesterday at around 10AM. I took them about 25 hours to return my call and this was the first I had heard from them. Laura left me a message. I called back and nobody answered so I am done trying here. If you are looking to move I would be careful here. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I used Reliable 2 years ago and their performance was great. In June 2017 I used them again. They tried charging me for 4 hours work for a 2 hour pack job, we negotiated 3 hours and I felt screwed. Afterwards I looked closer at the bill and discovered they charged me twice for the 1 hour travel time. DONT USE THEM!

The actual movers did a good job but I was charged a different rate than I was quoted and my pet furniture cover must have gotten mixed up with theirs and was not returned. I reported both of these issues several times and nobody is returning my phone calls. Guess they got my money and ran.

Reliable Movers rocks! A local Clearwater company with roots in the community, Donna scheduled my move in short notice and the movers were professional and polite even in the Florida heat. Five stars all around! Thank you all for a perfect move.
