I found Shawn & Shawn moving on Yelp and called about one week before an upcoming move. Good experience booking with them, even though I changed my date a couple of times. :) Sammy and Aaron were the two guys sent to do my move, which was just taking my 2BR/1BA contents from a lower apartment to the upstairs one (no elevator, the stuff had to go out one door, around the corner a bit and up some fairly steep stairs). I found both guys to be very polite, accommodating and professional. It was raining all throughout my move (pretty hard at times!) and both guys kept a great attitude and were sure to keep my high end furniture dry. Aaron even helped change my license plate with his phillips head screw driver at the end. Very happy with this moving company from beginning to end and would highly recommend. Ask for Sammy and Aaron, if you can! Great job, everyone.

Second time around, my moving experience with Shawn and Shawn has been simply Amazing! Day 1 - Mike and Robert took such care in wrapping my furniture to ensure it was not damaged, did a great job. They arrived at my condo for the delivery, the furniture did not fit in the elevator, and they were not able to get it up the stairs. They were very professional in handling the situation and assured me they would get the furniture in, only, I had to wait until the next day since they needed additional help to hoist it over the balcony. Day 2 - True to their word, 5 gentlemen showed up (Cory, Austin, Seth, DB and Andre). They did an Awesome job!! My furniture is in my condo without a single scratch. Thanks gentlemen for a job well done! I would recommend Shawn and Shawn Moving without any hesitation. (Oh! I forgot to mention, I am a very particular customer!)

We had Shawn and Shawn move us from Sarasota to the Villages a couple weeks ago. The two young movers did a great job wrapping everything up securely. Unfortunately even though our glass tv stand was wrapped very well, it shattered during the move. As a result Shawn and Shawn contacted the manufacturer in Canada to order another piece of glass for one of the shelves. The shelf was approx $340 plus shipping. I talked to Shawn and Shawn and said that since the stand was about 8 years old and prices had come down quite a bit since I bought it, I would be happy with a $200 check. They gladly obliged. I wouldnt hesitate to use this guys again. Theyre honest and they stand by their work. What more can you ask for? Bruce & Nancy Nelson

Too often people only take time to write review when theyve had an unpleasant experience, but I am here today to do the exact opposite. Shawn and Shawn moved our apartment today, from a first floor to a THIRD floor apartment! They were incredibly sweet, friendly, fast, and professional! Kept and amazing attitude the entire time even though it was hot and they had to lug all our junk up two flights of stairs. Even though we chose to upload some of the small stuff, the movers still asked "Can I get that for you?" Truly went above and BEYOND what I expected from a moving company! I got their name from a community member on Facebook and do not regret trusting the recommendation.

This was "Nascar" service. Super fast, very courteous, professional and prices that CAN NOT be beat.!!! It went so smoothly I was in disbelief. We had accomplished the majority of it ourselves but were just unable to finish the last leg. So, I called to see what the odds were that they would have peeps available same day. It was end of day its was their last job and thank God they took it. It was the smartest thing we did all week long. A family owned and operated business they got the job done and didnt waste time Either. Thanks guys. GREAT JOB..

I called around to several companies for quotes before deciding on this one. In my experience, they have the most affordable rate, offer an easy to use online quote form, and were very prompt in responding to my questions via phone and email. The team assigned to my move were extremely efficient and professional. They treated all of my furniture and items with great care, had wonderful attitudes, and were a pleasure to work with! I hope that I dont have to move again anytime soon, but when I do, I will definitely use this company again.

My move was today and I had such a GREAT!!!! Experience I had to write about it right away. Ive moved tooo many times in the past 5 years and this was by far the best moving company Ive ever used. Im only mad for not knowing about them for my previous moves. I had Austin and Nick moving us and they were on time, especially efficient, very polite. If I had the extra cash Id give them $100 tip!! The owners are also very professional kind and honest. The have great rates and very honest with Billing the time.

Used this company a couple of weeks ago to empty our storage locker and deliver the contents to our home. Would I use them again?? Absolutely they would be our first call and lets be honest what better review can you give than that? Sam and Rob were our guys.... I recently moved here from Colorado and had a huge trailer dropped off. I had heard about Shawn and Shawn from numerous people who raved about them. They were right! They had to shlep my stuff across the street and never a complaint. Very reliable, friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend them. If face a consignment store is coming to pick up some heavy pieces that worked in Colorado but not here. Shawn and Shawn will be moving them back out again :)

Having moved several times, I have to give Shawn and Shawn Moving 5 stars for their patience and amazing job. Their quote was pretty much spot on and there were no hidden fees. And I have to say the price was the most competitive I found. The movers were polite, fast and friendly. I had to change my move date and did so without hassle. Everything was smooth and efficient. Mark and Andre moved my daughters 3 bedroom house to a storage unit for her. They were very polite and expedient and they made it all fit into the 10x20 foot storage unit. I used them in October and plan to use them again in June for my 2 bedroom apartment move. Just completed a move from an apartment to my new apartment with Mike and Sam. They did a great job.
