Every step of the process, from selecting a storage facility to loading the space, was easy. I reserved the space online and was called the following day by a knowledgeable customer service rep as promised. The next day I went to the facility to pay my fee and sign papers and the process was straight-forward and Bob showed me the location of my rental space. I cancelled the free moving truck (I hired a company to move my stuff). The next day my movers had easy access to my space. All in all, the entire process could not have been more effortless for me. Im 100% satisfied with my rental space, the CubeSmart staff, and the online reservation process. Well done! I will certainly recommend CubeSmart to friends and colleagues.

What a fantastic welcome! The office staff is amazing, super friendly, welcoming and honest. I had never rented a storage unit before and they made the whole process seamless and actually enjoyable. I borrowed the rental moving truck to move my items which was really helpful, they had carts on site to move items into my unit, the units were as I expected and easy to access. The whole process was actually really great. Thank you so much and I will be sure to refer anyone to you all. Centrally located to where I live and where Im moving was really nice too.

Recently I had to move my storage unit for work from a location Id been at for 15 years because they would not turn on the air conditioning and it was 85 degrees in the building. After driving by Cubesmart and taking a tour, I found the building to be truly temperature controlled, extremely clean and the management team very accommodating and great to work with. They didnt have the size of space that I needed so they put me on a list and called me as soon a something opened up. Id recommend anyone to this facility.

This storage facility has been sold so many times in the last 15 years that i was going to transfer to a new storage facility When i talked to the new manager (Jennifer Pierce )she seemed like a good fit for us and she sure was She addressed all of our needs and immediately Took care of concerns we had Excellent job Jennifer we would reccomend your facility to anyone needing stotage units Thanks Dave

My experience was very efficient and painless. Though I could not get there until 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night, the gentleman was very polite and took the time needed to complete the process and personally take me to the spot I had rented. He made sure I fully understood everything completely.

Great customer service! The general manager was awesome to deal with. She kindly wrote me up for the online deal even though I was in the office. Awesome people person. Pricing is competitive and 10x15 storage unit is huge inside. Easy access secure facility. Would definitely recommend!
