The transportation fees are extremely high. They state that one way (and that is not very clear) is $50 for 25 mile radius. They brought mine an additional 15 miles an it cost another $53 one way. The transportation fee totaled $206 (to and from my house) and the total for the storage bin was $169. Great deal for them not so much for me. In addition, I never received the discount I was promised of $25 for being referred by another company. They told me that the discount couldnt be listed as an amount on my quote but it would be deducted from my invoice. That never happened. The next time I need storage, Ill choose another service.

Very customer service oriented. Moved our mother into an independent living facility last year. Only could move part of her belongings due to space limitations. The remainder needed to be stored. Bins made it so easy. Delivered the unit right to the house, and made it available for the family to search for items while in storage. Now that Mom no longer needs the items, we accessed the unit for the last time to empty it this past week. Everything was just as we stored it. Great experience and would higher recommend the folks at Bins for any future needs.

Greg, Camie, and the drivers were all amazing to work with! Not only did I get to speak with Greg (owner) directly each time I called (instead of some automated answering service or sales person. Greg was always quick to deliver and pick up, plus him and his team took care of our new driveway by placing extra wood down to not scratch it. I cant rave about them enough, the customer service was excellent, and this was by far the easiest move I have ever had! Thank you Bins for the wonderful experience, this company cannot be beat!!!

Bins was a great company to work with - our items were safe and secure the prices were comparable and there were no hidden fees they will tell you from the beginning what to expect. On several occasions they made arrangements to get us all 3 of our bins picked up or dropped off to best fit our schedule - We would recommend to anyone that needs a safe and reasonable storage solution during a move or renovation. We used Got Bins for our recent move. We had to be out of one house and on hold for about 3 weeks before we could move into the other. The bins were delivered promptly and were nicely sized (8x8) and clean. Before each transport, we received a call prior. They dont require a lot of time to schedule a drop or pick-up. Greg was great to work with and very personal. Id recommend them and use them again!

I got 4 Bins for my move. They showed up on time and placed them as asked (I was picky about where I wanted them) The bins were very clean and came with blankets. I was impressed with the process of loading and unloading the bins onto the truck. Even more so that none of my stuff was damaged. Very friendly and nice to work with. Highly recommend!

BINS was a great option h for me since I had a week in between moves. Camie was great over the phone to set up my BINS and the drivers were also great, prompt and friendly. We had a great experience with the company. Our bin was delivered on time and set exactly where we wished. All costs were discussed with us in the initial phone call and no extra fees for charged. When we were ready for it to be moved, they got us right on the schedule. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to my friends/family.
