Great gym with awesome staff and members! Price cant be beat! Crossfit Oviedo is like my second family. No matter whos coaching, if I have questions or concerns they are always patient with me and willing to help. One of my favorite features of CrossFit is that every workout can be modified. Rep schemes, weight and time can all be altered for beginners. CrossFitters come in ALL shapes and sizes, and ages. I am a 40 year old mom and even after doing crossfit for a few years I still need to modify my work outs and thats ok. We are all there for the same purpose...to be healthier! Go by and check them out!
