In my opinion the best gym in Oviedo, supplying everything you need no matter your fitness journey. Rogue Equipment, Squat racks, Deadlifts, Bootcamps, Cardio machines, different fitness zones, box jumps, ropes, pull-up areas all over. Its 24/7 access with your own personal card and low low crowds that are friendly and family orientated. Sometimes your alone in the gym. Perfect for beginners and advanced and its direct in the center of 419. If you live off 419 in oviedo, this 110% should be your gym, including most of oviedo.

I love going to boot camp at Riverside Fitness. Trainer Wayne is very good at training the class using correct form and posture. The class size is just right for some personal one-on-one and correction if needed. I love that 40 min goes by really fast and I still get an amazing total body work out at the end. Best boot camp class in Oviedo and I have tried a few. They offer a one week free trial, go check them out!

I recently found this terrific fitness center in my neighborhood. Wayne is such a health guru; very experienced, always helpful, he and his wife are totally immersed in maintaining thier business. Im so grateful to have found such an awesome local gym to work out! Its squeaky clean and the other patrons Ive met are so friendly. Thanks to Wayne for a top-notch place to stay in shape!

Riverside is clean, friendly, and never too busy. The staff is considerate and helpful, the equipment is well maintained and cared for, and the gym itself caters to any exercise style. From powerlifting and bodybuilding to just getting on an elliptical for a quick workout, Riverside is the best place in Oviedo!
