I canceled my membership in person...next month comes around and what do I find on my statement? A nice little withdrawl from my debit card by Planet Fitness Gym. So I decide to cancel my debit card. This works for a month.....only to see them withdraw funds DIRECTLY from my bank account the next month. (Which by the way, is illegal because its unauthorized.) But what person going to a $10 a month gym can afford to take a giant corporation to court? The majority of this companys revenue, btw, comes not from legitimate billing, but what they call "delinquent account fees". Now, since none of the employees are trustworthy, you have to actually PAY to send a certified letter saying you want to cancel, which they of course reject because they say you owe them money. Funny how they are willing to withdraw funds from an unauthorized bank account, but not in the full amount that you owe. They want to make sure you still owe them money so they can continue to charge and leave you unable to cancel. Like I said before, that is because THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. Do not work for this company and do not support this company. If you do you are supporting grossly unethical business practices tantamount to theft.

It was a ok place to workout, easy to get a membership but when it was time to cancel the membership it seems like a easy process until i got back from vacation to see i was charged for the couple days like they said i would and also a full month. When i call them they said hat they dont see a cancellation and they cant refund me unless i have proof. Which is crazy since they only gad me sign the paper which they kept. Over all i didnt get my refund for the double charges and was hit with a over draw with my bank. Not happy about that and not going back with that company again

I went to this gym with my friends black card (from New York City). the staff was friendly, professional. the place is in great shape and I have to say the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen for a gym. I will join this gym, so here are a few things I learned that I didnt know. 1. if you have a pre-paid membership you can not transfer that account to anything. 2. if you have an out of state drivers license they may ask you to sign up on line, instead of in the gym. enjoy.

None of the employees are trustworthy when it cones to your billing and account !! The cheapest and that is why i go there. However, staff and the manager needs to know how to be polite to costumers. Manager and most staff are rude. Plus the trash inside the gym inside always full. However, the manager he is a un-polite !

The whole gym is very clean, never had a problem. The staff is always polite, friendly and attentive. It gets crowded sometimes but never overcrowded. There are plenty of machines, Ive only had to wait for something a couple times. Its so affordable and the great atmosphere doesnt hurt!

Good place for starters of working out at the gym and can find what you need. The only thing i dont like is the lunk alarm that rarely goes off but when it does scare me and lose concentration. Other than that always clean and everyone is there to help
