I have been in the area for a long time. Peaden is one of those companies that people either love or hate. I chose them over 15 years ago because they are a large, established company who I knew did a lot of business-- both residential and commercial. I figured their success based on volume was the best reason to go with them. I have not been disappointed. About seven years ago, they detected a problem with my generic, contractor grade A/C system. Even though they didnt install the system, they repaired it and honored the existing warranty of the system. At the time, they told me the system would probably need replacing in several years. Fiver years later, the system did fail or was about to die. I called out Peaden for a quote on a new system. They were quick and responsive. I had the new system installed with in 2 weeks of initial contact with sales person. Within the first year, I had a couple of minor hiccups with the system due to the settings not being optimized for my home. Peaden came out free of charge to tweak my system. Additionally, I had 2 free cleanings/maintenance for the first year of the system. Since then, I have gone with their annual service plan. With this new system, my electric bill has plunged nearly 33%. I guess Im one of those who love Peaden and would recommend them. They are prompt and reliable which is saying something for service oriented businesses in Panama City. There are only 2 reason I dont give 5-stars. First, I rarely give 5-stars to anyone. Second, they are a bit more pricey than the competition.

Our home was hit by lightning a little over a week ago on a Saturday. I called and was pleasantly surprised when I got someone on the weekend and actually could send someone out. First on the scene was Joey who took on the HVAC unit. Both the air handler and condenser boards were fried, in addition to the electronic filters and the UV lights. He attempted to bypass and get the sytstem working until final repairs could be made, but to no avail. He documented everything to be ordered and promised to expedite. Next was Matt, who methodically went through everything electrical, fixed what he could and made recommendations on electronics. Joey called Monday with the total and I gave the go ahead to overnight. Gary brought the A.C. boatds out Tuesday and got the air going. He documented the filters and UV lights, said they would research and call me with a quote, which we still have to replace. Next was Rodney Penwell to look at the water filter which was not working. He figured it out and got it up and running. He set it up to self flush and explained to me what to look for. Additionally, he replaced my irrigation contoller and ran the system thru its paces. now all thats left is the filters and UV lights. After a bumpy start dealing with Peaden, I have certainly changed my opinion about your company and certainly your employees, in the field as well as in the offices. All have been extremely courteous, , professional and proficient in their work.I will certainly recommend Peaden when the opportunity arises.

We had a particularly difficult installation where an older home had a dilapidated and "bailing wire & bubble gum" A/C & Heating Unit placed in a small flimsy cabinet in the homes hallway many years ago. Peadens expert planning and design recommendations with Davis Forbes led to a surprising and excellent final installation of a modern unit where a 50% reduction of costs is expected. The installation team with Charles and Clay was very personable yet professional. A thorough knowledge of HVAC systems was obvious and as in previous dealings with Peaden there is nothing but extreme satisfaction and praise for their great service, attitude, and user friendliness. We will continue to use Peaden for all our properties Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical needs. We most sincerely look forward to a long and successful relationship. Thanks Charles and Clay!!

Calling Peaden on a Saturday afternoon usually means bad news- ours was the gas hot water heater was not working. Our plumbing expert William called us back to let us know how many calls were ahead of us and the approximate time he would be at our house. He was extremely patient, listened to us and provided options. Once he was headed to our house he called again to let us know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately (thankfully without having to replace the tank). William is a prize! He truly cares about customer service and wants to ensure Peaden is the premier service provider for your home needs/repairs. We will call William specifically again for any of our plumbing needs. I scheduled Peaden to do a AC check on my sons home on a Saturday at 12:30 p.m., Chris ,the Peadon technitian, phoned me about 10:45 to let me know he was ahead of schedule on his assignments. He inquired it it would be ok if he showed up about 11:30. I said ok and immediately received an email to confirm our new time plus a picture of Chris, so I would recognize him. It took about 1 1/2 hours to complete his work. Chris was very professional with his work and explanations of all that was done. He also gave tips on keeping my AC running smoothly and in good condition. Chris seemed genuinely to enjoy his work, was knowledgeable and friendly. Called Peaden AC at 6:30pm because the AC handler kept blowing warmer and warmer air. The woman taking the call said she would have someone from the AC team call in a few minutes. Within 10 minutes, a Peaden truck pulled into my driveway and out popped Chris from the truck. After a short explanation of the problem, he quickly looked at the thermostat and inside air handler then proceeded outside to the compressor & fan. He pulled away the panel and quickly diagnosed the issue to be a capacitor, which he had a new one in his truck. Within 15 minutes of arriving, Chris had diagnosed and repaired the issue. The AC was still under warranty by Peaden and the call and repair cost me absolutely nothing. Great service!

My heater suddenly quit working one evening earlier this month, and it just so happened it was on one of the colder nights we have had this winter. I had never used Peadens services before, but I figured I would give them a chance, since they are an on-call service, and it was later in the evening. I live all the way out in Navarre, and I was worried that it would be hours before anyone could get out to me to take a look at my heater. I called Peadens 24-hour service and a technician showed up promptly to diagnose my problem, and they got my heater up and running in no time. I was very impressed with their quick service, and highly recommend their services. I will definitely be using Peaden in the future.

Extremely satisfied and we will recommend Peaden to everyone. We had no water to our tub/shower even though the rest of the house had water. We had gotten a quote from another company that involved cutting a hole in the wall. Peaden sent Jarren (I hope I spelled your name correctly) the same day we called. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and determined. He fixed our problem with NO wall cutting and for less than half of what we had been quoted from the other company!! Thanks Peaden!!!! (and without naming names, I will add that the plumber from the first company recommended you and a nod to Jarrens integrity...he had nothing bad to say about the first company)
