Webster Electric is now who I go to exclusively when I need an electrician. They have exceeded my expectations twice now, for affordable prices. While I was gone on military orders earlier this year, Ron Webster personally came to my rental home to ease the burden off my wife in my absence. He correctly diagnosed a problem other electricians couldnt and solved a safety issue for our tenants. Now recently, a team from Webster upgraded the breaker box and meter at our home -- they were pleasant, professional, and did a great job. We couldnt be happier with the work they have done for us.

Webster just came out and did some work for us through our home warranty plan, which is a little unnerving sometimes because you dont get to pick your service provider - you just get who the warranty company contracts with. However, from the initial phone call to the service completion, we couldnt have been happier with Webster. They were very prompt, professional, and gave us a ton of great information. We were completely satisfied with our service and will definitely use Webster Electric for any other electrical issues we might have in the future.

I called today because we thought we needed someone to check out a problem we have come across. The receptionist was super nice and just awesome! Mark called me back and was so knowledgeable and pretty much gave me a crash course on electrical! He saved us a bunch of money!! Told me how to troubleshoot before we decided to have someone come out and it worked!! Customer service like this is hard yo come by these days but is soooo appreciated!!!! I recommend these guys to everyone!! Thanks a ton ☺

Hit and miss with the electricians. Employ at your own risk. First time I hired Webster was for some easy bathroom light/fixture work and the guy was great. Good, clean work. The second guy they sent, for similarly easy work upgrading some light fixtures, carelessly banged up the walls on all the fixtures he replaced. That translated to a couple hours of touch-up work for me, simply to fix his mistakes.

I met Ron two years ago and now Webster Electric is the only electrician we use at our home. They added a new coax cable outlet and removed the old DISH cables. I like the fact that there is an actual person answering the office phones AND that the electrician called to tell me he was on the way. I firmly believe that "communication is key" and Webster Electric are true professionals.

I called the company this morning and spoke with Mark. he was very friendly, patient, and didnt think I was crazy when i told him what kind of problems we were experiencing. He was able to send a technician right out. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled our problem quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely use them again!

We called this company for help wiring our hot tub. They were friendly, fast, and did a great job! We had to leave town for vacation, but Webster was able to come do the job right away so that when we came home a week later, we were able to enjoy our hot tub without waiting!
