We have been trying to get work done with this company for 3 weeks now. Originally thought we scheduled to get work done and also get an estimate on another project. When technicians showed up all they had time for was an estimate, not to fix anything that we knew we wanted fixed. Technicians themselves very nice, helpful and thorough. But company is very disorganized and difficult to deal with. After a week passed we called because we had not received estimate as promised. When you call the receptionist always says that they will call you right back, but they never do. Took over 2 weeks just to receive estimate. Now I still cant get them to call us back to schedule service. Maybe they do good work if you can get them to work for you, but our experience is that the office is so disorganized good luck actually hiring them. I would recommend calling another company if it is something you need done promptly. This company needs office manager help and customer service education.

Scheduled an appointment to have the bad motor in my ceiling fan replaced.... Reynolds company encouraged me not to buy a motor instead let them come troubleshoot the ceiling fan... they charged $42 to tell me the motor was bad in my ceiling fan and to replace the ceiling fan... I knew the motor was bad when I scheduled the appointment..... incredibly disappointed in their lack of customer service. Update: The manufacture of the ceiling fan included a lifetime warranty and is mailing me a new motor for free.

Terrible company to work with. Charged an outrageous amount to replace 4 small outdoor lights, and badly exaggerated their hours worked. They damaged the stucco around their work area so badly we had to hire another company to come patch the holes they left. On top of all this, they left a mess of wires, screws, and sharp metal cuttings strewn in the courtyard of a rental house. Incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and dangerous if they think it is acceptable to way to leave a clients home.

I had a small job for them to do. William and his coworker arrived earlier than expected. Reviewed the job and completed it in about twenty minutes. I am very pleased with this company and the work done for me.
