Responding back to Mr. Wabichs review, this is unequivocally a misrepresentation by a customer. A small hole was drilled in his basement stairway in his 1952 home. Was this a mistake? Yes, however all the electrical work was done very professionally and completed as per electrical bid. Was there scheduling problems with this customer? Yes, he was never home and always had to have someone else show up when we did the work. So it was a three party scheduling hardship. Mr. Wabich was advised our insurance company would reimburse the small hole to be repaired. Weeks went by and he said he could find no one and he wanted us to do the repairs. We gave him a name of the contractor and we have never heard back from him. We equally do not want to work for this customer. If we could review customers he too would get a "ONE" star. We dont believe the one small hole the size of a nickel was worth 2,759 dollars. Ward Electric has been in business forty years and services 50 customers a week. Its unfortunate that a companys reputation can be damaged by inaccurate misrepresentation.

On 07/08/2013 I called Ward Electric after I lost half my power. It was past their regular time, since I didnt think it was a emergency they offered to have some call in the morning to setup a appointment. They called around 7:30 a.m. the next day and had the owner out to inspect the area and plan the materials by 9 a.m. Like most profession tradesmen that are good at what they do he did come across as a bit arrogant, but he was professional and respectful. His bid was reasonable enough I didnt feel the need to get another. They started the work the day after the quote. The crew worked diligently and answered what questions I had. Being my first project I didnt have a idea of the time involved, nor was I given a estimate. They arrived around 8:30 a.m. and got right to work. When they had finished around 5 p.m. they told me what I needed to know about the new equipment and cleaned up after themselves. Over all it was a very positive experience and if i had to do more work down the road they would be my first call.

Worst company Ive ever worked with! They do not even deserve one star. They would schedule appointments, and within a two-week they changed my appointment seven times. Owner stated " you know if somethings come up" "And then when they did show up they put inexperience workers in my home and they drilled through my ceiling and hit the trim on the wall damaging the woodwork. The owner stated dont worry about it I have $1 million dollar policy and we can repair anything. Stated he was going to get a craftsman to repair my 1952 house. Called his office again last week and let them know I would like this taken care of and still have not received a call. Totally unprofessional company. Feel like I have been put on the back burner because I have paid in full and they dont have to worry about past clients. Never again will I hire this company and I will let everybody know how unprofessional they are. My next step will be contacting an attorney to receive my $2759 back

Ward Electronics is definitely the best. First of all, your phone call is returned quickly, even at an odd hour, your issue is listened to, a bid is done the next day, and the electrician is on time and does great work without making a mess. You haven’t lived until you’ve had your smoke detectors turn on at any time for 2.5 months!!. Putting in new ones made no difference. Ward literally saved my sanity! They put in 5 UL detectors and a new panel. A more expensive third option was delayed until the first two options were tried. Yes, it was expensive, but the un-needed 3rd option was not done, so no scams and no doing extra work. The work that was promised was done. They used the same quality panel that they have in their own homes. I highly recommend this company. It is good to have electricians for life!

Ward Electric- I cant say enough good things about Mr. Ward and his employees. After being in the restaurant business for years, I am really suspect to certain reviews. I am so happy I called them. During the storm, Brandon and Rob came out to our home and installed the electric meter and piping on our service that was knocked down by a tree during the recent storm. Quote from the City Electrical Inspector "Some of the best electrical work we have seen after the storm." Because we were satisfied with Mikes crew, four days later we had them at our Heritage Hill rental unit. Ward Electrics crew was meticulous in their work and cleanup. Jenny answered the phone and gave great attention to all of our details. Thank you Ward Electric, you are now our electrician. Carole and Bob Vandermolen.

Ward Electric Co. Trustworthy & Great Service! Thanks Ward Electric crew and owner Mike Ward! What a fantastic job you have done on both of our projects; 1. Phone calls were answered professionally, 2. We received a same day estimate on both projects which made it easy. Ward Electric installed a new 200 Amp duplex service in our rental home and rewired a new kitchen and back porch. They completed it on time and on budget. The second project at our home, Ward Electric converted our old recess cans to led lights and hooked up our hot tub which was a nice update to our older home. Highly recommend this company and crew.

I would highly recommend Ward Electric. Their service was first class. We had the power box to our AC unit randomly start on fire and damaging all the wiring and breakers during a few very hot days. They came out the same day and had everything fixed. They also took pictures and had everything in order for our insurance claim without even asking, which was very much appreciated. From start to finish, they were considerate and treated us as if we were their top priority with numerous calls to keep me updated while I was at work and fully explained everything in detail. They more than exceeded my expectations.

Fast service and fair prices. Ward Electric was the only company in town to answer their phone on a Saturday and come out for emergency electrical work after a car knocked out a telephone pole in my front yard causing my meter box and wiring to rip from the side of my house, leaving me with no power. The electrician responded immediately and was very professional. They were able to get my power back on that night before my pipes froze. I would highly recommend the guys at Ward Electric.

I called Ward Electric during a week day for an issue I was having with my circuit breaker box. I was told I could expect an approximate 20 minute wait which I thought was reasonable. When they showed up (on time), I found out he was the owner. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and told me they would have the fix completed the next day which did happen. I cant say enough about Ward Electrics professionalism throughout the whole process and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
