Unorganized Boxing Gym. The class schedule doesnt match up with whats offered when you arrive. The class times are way off, the class literally starts whenever and you can count on that being at least 30-40 minutes after the scheduled class time. Members are clowns Ive never been around a bunch of grown ups that were dedicated to physical fitness that complained, nagged and displayed such poor maturity levels and thought it was cute. It was a very disruptive and uninspiring situation that I signed up for I dreaded going to the classes. The owner needs to hire more trainers, so htat you have options. A particular persons personality may not mesh well with the ONE trainer that he has in the facility, also a cleaning company needs to be hired to clean up that place it is a mess. I do not plan on returning and that explains the low amount of clientel they probably said fudge it after their trial class. Thats what I shouldve done. I have never seen more than 6-10 people max in the facility and you still cant accomplish a workout. So if you dont mind working out in a messy environment, foolery, unprofessionalism, lack of organization, late class times, complaining members and a cluessless business owner. Then Club KO Pines is what youre looking for, becasue I blame the owner for how poorly his establishment is ran. I shouldve been paid for showing up to that dump!!!!

Ive been going to club KO for the amateur boxing classes for the past couple months and i really love it. The environment is great as theres always training going down around you and the coaches are serious and passionate about what they teach. My coach, coach Steve, has been pushing me and the rest of the members in my class harder and harder every week and its really helped me even in my personal life with being disciplined and growing my self esteem, his dedication to what he does has really inspired us. Also, The owner of the place is ALWAYS available and very helpful and considerate of peoples money situation and makes it very easy to choose and buy the best gear for training. I would def recommend the amateur boxing class with Coach Steve at Club KO to anyone trying to pick up boxing for the first time, the classes are intense (especially at the beginning, youll just gotta push through it) hell make you a great fighter!

I am a member of the U.S. Coast Guard and today you insulted our Branch of the Military! Let me inform you That WE ARE HOMELAND SECURITY, your ignorance is appalling! To deny one of our Guardsmen a military discount because you didnt believe we protect our nation ! To state that we arent Marines, Army, Navy etc fighting in Iraq, let me inform you that we ARE in the waters not only there but across the world!!!!! You need employees that have some sort of intelligence of our Country and who protects it. We have numerous stations across South Florida and I guarantee you wont see one of them without a formal apology to Lauderdale or Miami Station!

If you want to learn different fighting styles by a variety of great coaches, this is where you need to sign up. Theres a friendly environment, people that are easy to talk to, and motivation left and right! My professional coach, coach Steve, has been pushing us since the first day we signed up, making us surpass our limits and do what we didnt think was possible. The owner is always there to help you out with anything you may need and him along with the rest of all the trainers are fun and easy to work with. Recommended to anyone looking for a place to learn self-defense or train your body.

I have been going to club KO for a year now. I am a competitive open water swimmer and use the kick boxing class coached by Rumi as a cross train. This place is fantastic. It has a very straight to the point atmosphere. No frills which is an awesome change in south florida. Rumi has been an incredible teacher. My boxing has gotten so much better due to his instruction and he pushes me beyond my own limits. I love this place and highly suggest it to anyone who wants to challenge themselves.

I just moved here from NC and I am a practicing MD. I dont usually write reviews but Club KO Staff encourage members to express how they feel and to share experiences. I must say that I was surprised by the quality of training I obtained and currently receive at this facility. The trainers motivate everyone and I can always expect a great workout. It gets crowded sometimes but I truly give Club KO a grade A. Shop around and you will find that pricing and value are unmatched. Go Club KO!

I think it is absolutely ignorant that a member of your staff would dare say that the Coast Guard is not the military! The Coast Guard is who watches EVERY SHORE in the US. In fact, when a military plane goes down, the Coast Guard saved them. When a naval vessel is in trouble, it’s the Coast Guard who is called to help. The very idea that a member of the Coast Guard was made to fell less honorable because of an ignorant employee is atrocious! A full apology should be issued IMMEDIATELY!

Club KO. Great gym. Started a month ago and been the best decision of 2017 yet. Workouts are always fun, different and push you to your limit. Trainers are awesome and they keep it real. If they see you slacking, they will correct you cause they want you to ALWAYS IMPROVE! You see young children training too so it shows that they are making a positive impact on the community. Health is wealth and this is a great place to earn your health back. Learn some self defense while you sweat!

This gym has done a lot for me, especially the class Im taking which is cardio kickboxing. My coach, Coach Rumi is an amazing trainer and really pushes me to work harder. Ive been able to break through barriers I never thought Id break because of the dedication of my coach not only to me, but the whole class. Even on days that I REALLY dont want to workout i know that showing up to Club K.O will always be worth it! Each drop of sweat and minute put into that gym pays off.

Not a safe environment, the owner gets the cheapest people to work there. With out even giving them an application or asking them for a background check. PRICES DONT MATTER, at the end of the day what matters is your safety and your kids safety. ONE OF THE TRAINERS HAD MANY RESTRICTIONS, He couldnt live or go closer TO ANY SCHOOL. After a huge problem with the kids at the gym was things got bad. HONESTLY I DONT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO KIDS OR WOMAN.

Horrible people and disrespectful employees. If you dont know anything then shut your mouth. Clearly the employeesknow nothing about the military if you are not man or woman enough to enlist or serve then at least respect those who do the USCG is now and has been for many years a branch of the military. I have lived in Pembroke Pines for 20 years and these are not the type establishments we will patronize.
