I purchased a memebership in April of last year and soon after became Ill and I was hospitalized. I called the gym to cancel and I was told I cant cancel over the phone I needed to come in to do so or I can send a certified letter. I explained I was in the hospital and I do not have a release date and there I could do neither. I asked if my husband can cancel it for me and the said no. While I was sick I remained in the hospital for a few months until I had my surgery. After my surgery I went into the gym to cancel they made me stand there and wait for a manager for 30 minutes even though the guy saw I was in pain. When the manager came I explained what happened and he said sorry it looks like when you called they gave you three free months. Then he told me I have to pay for the current month in order to cancel. The following month I was charged again. When I called they told me being that u cancelled at the end of the previous month I am required to pay for the following month. Mind you I paid my dues at the start of the month I canceled and I paid at the time of cancelation. It took almost a year to cancel my membership. I have never done business with a more disgusting company before in my life. I left 24 hour fitness to come here to save a little but that was the worste mistake that I have ever made. The staff is uncaring, unreliable, unprofessional and greedy. I will never do business with them again. Im doing much better now. I am able to return to the gym and I an glad to say I am not returning here. If you are looking at these reviews before joining, please do yourself a favor and find another gym. This one is not worth your time, money or energy.

Honestly I am very satisfied with this gym. Ive been to more than a few youfit gyms the best equipment is here ; although there are some pieces that they truly need or need to swap out. sad that they only have one squat rack. Staff so far has not been a disappointment. The bathrooms are clean. Weights are generally organized. Havent seen any rift raft here. The downside is they are suppose to give me 2 t shirts 1 for a 7day pass the other upon signing up they do not have a 2xl or xl whats up with that? I just moved to the area and I cannot begin to tell you how nice it is. Also if your disappointed about an annual fee be smart you get what you pay for its 20 a month no initiation I used to work for a few gyms. Any gym that charges a fee upfront usually negates the fee. If your new to the gym game do some research or cancel before the draft fee. As to the youfit owner kudos on your location and I hope to hear back from you soon about a shirt. Also the only reason you got 4 stars instead of 5 is because your not open 24/7 and the drinks could be much better and your water fountains should be colder....god bless hope this review helps out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! I had a month-to-month account with them set-up to be paid by my visa card. When my card was stolen I had to cancel it. After dealing with the stressful event of having money stolen from my bank the last thing I was thinking about was "OMG I should update my gym billing info". Instead of the gym calling me and telling me that my account information was invalid. They just decided to tally up a massive bill of monthly payments and then send me an attorney’s letter saying I owe them over $300 of monthly payments, late fees, and an attorney fee! I tried to explain the situation, but they pretty much told me I had to pay up or they would continue to bill me these outrageous fees every month and send it to collections. Not wanting to ruin my credit I decided to pay, but was not happy how they would treat a loyal member of over a year. The least they could do was waive the fees and just charge me the standard amount for each month, but I guess that shows you how little they care about their members.

$10 / month, probably the cleanest gym Ive seen in a while, blah blah, happy staff, weights, benches, blah blah, cardio, blah, Express Circuit, blah blah blah, not enough squat racks (one), blah blah, trainers that actually lift, good range of equipment, blah blah blah. Not being located on the main strip of Pines, this gym thankfully has a low proportion of douchcanoes. Sunday mornings are a good time to train legs. Even though its busy, its the biggest display of chicken legs Ive seen. Unless a bro is curling there, the squat racks gonna be open. This location used to be a Golds and subsequently a Planet Fitness. I was caught once in a barrage of “The science says…” incessant BroScience verbal diarrhea, and it came up that Vince Taylor trained here (maybe not so much in the Planet Fitness days, unless he went for the pizza on a cheat day). So maybe some of his greatness is left in the air for you to pick up on.

I been a member of Youfit since 06. I get my workouts between 3 and 4 times a week. The equipment is in great condition, always being maintained. The overall gym is clean and it doesnt smell like a gym at all! I love the staff they are all really young, but really helpful! whenever i have a question or concern they are always happy to help. last month i referred a friend of mine, and a really nice young man ,well educated, with a pony tail helped me and my friend out, and even gave me a free month! I recommend this Gym to anyone who wants to be healthy and active and doesnt want to spend $40 bucks a Month! I only pay $20 and boy! is worth it!

good beginners place. the staff is not so great at customer service. only one guy i see in there that has, at best, a normal face expression. everyone elses face is drooped down to the floor. one spanish guy with long hair always has a stank face, bad attitude and not the least bit helpful. makes you feel like youre talking to a brick wall when explaining something to him. only here til I can afford a better place with more things like a pool, bball court, raquet ball and hopefully better customer service

The gym is too packed with guys with more muscle than brains. The layout makes the problem worse because the weight and machine section is packed then the other half of the gym is empty where all of the treadmills are at. Youfit needs to open their eyes and see the problem because it just hurts them noone is going to pay monthly just to use a treadmill you dont need that many and very little free weights available give people what they want their paying customers.

All YouFits have scummy advertising campaigns. Ask them about their flat rate "$10/month" (or so) offers that they constantly send in the mail, and theyll neglect to tell you all the hidden yearly fees and activation costs until youre literally about to sign the papers. That said, this location in particular is easy to get to and has plenty of equipment in good condition.
