BEWARE!!! I took my car in to have brake pads replaced. They "claimed" they had a $98.00 special on fixing brake pads and I didnt mind paying a little extra for it. HOWEVER, When they removed the tire and began working on the front right tire, they "claimed" that I needed new brake pads, new rotors, and new calipers... They wanted to replace THE WHOLE BRAKE ASSEMBLY. They told me that they wanted me to now pay them $800. When I refused and insisted that the entire brake system didnt need replaced because of worn disks, they refused to comment on why they claimed the whole brake system needed replaced and THEY REFUSED to replace the brake pads for the original $98.00 that was agreed upon. They got my car out of the garage as fast as they could so they could bring in their next victim and most likely tell them that they needed more repairs than were necessary. I took my vehicle to the next place down the road, and sure enough THE ONLY repairs that were needed were the brake pads, a $30 part that takes only 15 minutes to replace. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRESTONE STORE. If they tried to scam me, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU TOO. I only took the time to write this review because I dont want future people to fall prey to such scam businesses, and people deserve honest, fair service, not what Firestone tries to bilk out of their unsuspecting customers.

Do not bring your vehicle here. My timing belt snapped and my car was towed to this Firestone. They told me they would fix it for $1100 after doing an engine diagnostic for $99. I was out of town on vacation so I agreed because I had no other option. I left it there over night and all day the next day. They took my engine apart, and then called to tell me that on top of the timing belt I needed new spark plugs, bushings (?), and about three other different parts. They also changed my fluids without asking. They told me the new price would be $2100. I asked if it was fixed, and they told me it was working fine and that they had test driven it. So I went to pick it up, and test drove it myself. Except now, its difficult to change gears from park to drive, and when you accelerate and it tries to shift gears automatically, the entire car shakes heavily. When I asked them what was wrong, no one there could give me a straight answer. It was all "ummm I dont know" and "it was fine when I drove it", etc. When I asked if it would make my three hour drive home, they said it would probably make it an hour and a half. Plus, they want me to pay more than the $2100 even though my car is not any less broken than it was when I brought it there. Do not do not do NOT bring your car here. They will rip you off and not fix your car.

$39 brake pads = $59 Firestone price $68 brake rotors = $166 Firestone price $90 brake calipers=$226 Firestone price Total: $197 parts = $451 Firestone parts Add $291 fee for labor that should only take 1 hour for a certified mechanic and youre paying $291/hour for labor. A fair price to replace two front brake pads, rotors and calipers should not be more than $550, but Firestone was asking for $810 total. On top of that, they asked me if I wanted to pay $45 "to clean the rear brake pads" that were replaced 6 months ago. -Do you see the scams??? I called them on it, and when I asked them to just replace the pads, they refused because they just had an elderly woman walk in who they knew they could scam more than what they were going to get out of me. Yes, firestone is this big "reputable" company, however trying to overcharge for parts and labor is just ROBBERY no matter how big a company is. There are three more auto repair shops within 1/2 mile of Firestone, I promise you any one of them will charge less than Firestone.

This is the worse Firestone branch I had to carry my SUV to replace a defective fuel pump that a branch from Sarasota replaced back in August the pump only last two months so now this branch replaced my pump and broke my fuel line so I had to wait for 3days to get a fuel line Im speaking to the store manager and one of his techs were very rude to me trying to sell me parts when I have a warranty on my pump and now they got the fuel line now the manager is telling me it will take him a whole day to in stall a fuel line and install the fuel tank back into my SUV what a shame poor service they need training on customer service and how to repair cars I would not recommended anybody to that store

Went there about a mont ago to get my serpentine belt replaced, the old one did not squeek, ever since then there had been a terrible squeek, just went somewhere else they told me they put it on way too tight, probably trying to get me to keep buying more belts at $80 a peice... never going back, looking into paperwork for the warranty I bought... getting my money back

New manager and the service is fantastic! They were very honest and thorough in checking out my newly purchased car that needed a couple of things. They were more than fair in assessing and prioritizing what needed to be done immediately. They acted quickly and had great attitudes. Would definitely recommend now that they have new management.

Seems understaffed. Getting someone to help you at the counter in a timely fashion is difficult sometimes. Staff isnt the friendliest but Im not surprised given the location (Pine Hills).
