My name is Lynn Baum-Salamon. I was hearing a screeching noise while driving and a loud noise when going over bumps in the road. I have a 40 minute commute into downtown and was concerned about the noise. One day, while walking past the Rad Air repair center on Hamilton Ave I stopped in and the service manager, Tom Cirtwell, said he would take a ride with me to listen to the noise. He thought it might be my brakes and maybe the rotors were scored. He said to leave my car with him the next morning and he would have one of his technicians take a look for a proper diagnosis. Shortly after, he called me to say good news it is not your brakes and the rotors are not scored. One of my stabilizer bar control links was broken. They replaced both of them (which was less expensive than brakes and rotor replacements). I appreciate the honestly that Tom has with his customers. I also would like to compliment the technician, Norm, who worked on my car. My car was ready in a couple hours!!! Not like some other repair centers I have been to where it takes all day. I highly recommend this Rad Air repair center to anyone who works in downtown Cleveland. Thanks again guys!

My experience both times I used Rad Air was fantastic. I was able to schedule an appointment online (easiest for my busy schedule) and receive a personalized confirmation email with the exact time. I was able to drop my car off around 7am. I received fair estimates. In fact, Ray remembered that the prior visit I had just a tire balance/rotation and that I wouldnt need it today and automatically decreased my estimate/work. I then walked to work across the street. Around noon, I received a text message saying my car was ready. However, I leave the office around 5:30. Ray knew I was coming then and pulled my car down from the garage so it was easier to access. The amount I paid is the exact amount I quoted. The facility is clean and Ray/his staff are extremely friendly. Will definitely be switching all my car care needs here.

Not a good experience. Would not recommend. I took my car in for an oil change a week ago and noticed it was leaking oil after the change. I popped the hood and they had not even put the cap back on the windshield wash compartment. I took the car back in they flat out lied that there was no wrong doing. I now have to take the car to the dealership. I have photos of the oil in my garage from the leak. Not handled well at all.

I love radair downtown they always treat me very kind. They never try to push me into doing things I dont want to do. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the service is top notch. My car was fixed right the first time. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Also the location is so convenient I can drop my car off in the morning with or without a appointment and they have it done by the time I get off.

Great car care. Tom is phenomenal. The team does good work, and the price is very fair. He clearly cares about his business and shows that he values repeat customers over everything else. Ive had tires installed and brakes replaced, both times I was kind of nervous and Tom relieved all my fears. After a job well done he rewards the customer with cookies! Couldnt recommend this place more.

OK, work. If it wasnt so close to work I would go elsewhere, you have to ask for running discounts (they should offers them when you are checking out) and dont always get all services you were paying for. Got a mangers special which should include a wheel rotate, which they didnt do. I know because I had them replaced a bad TPMS on a rear tire and thats where it was when I picked it up.

I love that I can drop my car off before work, and they always have it done when I get off. Prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of services. One day I got a flat and they ordered my tire and had it installed in a day. Ive stopped going to the dealership for oil changes because its so convenient. Double bonus, you get cookies when you pick up your car. :)

Rad Air Complete Car Care, is AWESOME!! I really am against using downtown auto repair shops, because they are always higher than the rest. Not Rad air, they are affordable and do great work. You do not feel like they are trying to get over on you and they give you clear answers. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Im from out of state and my car started making a funny noise, thankfully it was a simple repair. Upon pulling into their lot Thomas immediately offered to go for a ride to find the noise with me, they took my car right in and gave me a great deal I would recommend them to anyone!
