This is an excellent location for any automotive needs and services! They thoroughly provide for you a diagnosis of your vehicle and provide quality parts as well, theyre an honest group of mechanics and the manager Tom is a trustworthy employee and person. I had reoccurring issues with my battery and alternator holding voltage properly and they were able to root out the problem and provided a detailed explanation of how and why it happend. My nearly 20 year old mustang sounds and runs properly again! Ive been to this location prior for rotor and caliper replacement in which they used quality parts that fit my vehicle and made sure everything was properly aligned and was safe to take on the road before being called to pick up the keys. On top of the great employees, work and customer service is a clean and safe environment alongside with a clean restroom and a convenient coffee machine and magazines to help pass the time. I have enjoyed the service and have received straight answers about my vehicle and I am in a much better place with the sustainability of my car. This is a trusted shop and I recommend it to anyone in need of anything from an oil change and tires to electrical services and more! Midas is a great shop and is home to the pros that make sure your vehicle is safe to drive and ready to get back on the road!

Brought my 99 Volvo in for trouble with my power steering. The guys replaced the fluid, but observed that the real issue was a leak in the pump, which I likely still had a warranty on from the dealership. TJ showed me what was going on under the hood of my car and made sure that I knew exactly what the problem was and what options I had for taking care of it. They wouldnt let me pay for taking a look at it, since they werent able to solve the underlying issue for me. Great, friendly service from very helpful guys. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I have dealt with this Midas shop on W.117th in Lakewood, Ohio for about two years. They are the best. Tom Hanna always takes great care of me and my 85 year old mother. The honesty and integrity we receive from Midas is worth reporting. If an extra problem is found, while doing the initial work, Tom brings us into the shop to point out the problem and then goes into details, that we can understand, of how it may have happened and what needs to be done to fix the new problem. I love their work ethics. We put all our trust in Midas and Tom Hanna.

Awesome and generous guys. They have definitely earned my continued business for every FML moment with my vehicle. They ended up not having the specific part I needed, so they installed a temporary replacement for no charge! Granted it was only going to be about 30 bucks for the meanwhile replacement but I was still not expecting that all all. On top of this, the last few times I have been here they have managed to get or fit me in almost immediately.

The store manager, Tom, is very knowledgeable and the employees will take you out to your vehicle being serviced and show you the work that should be performed on you car. The store has a very welcoming environment, and the employees, such as Terry and James, are very friendly and helpful. The work they perform is very professional and trustworthy. Been taking my vehicle up to Lakewood Midas for over 2 years and will continue to for many more.

Staff is rude. I went for an oil change and the guy upfront was cussing at the "runner" I told him he was being rude and making me uncomfortable he started explaining staff was late for shifts and not doing job properly . Im just a customer I dont need to know all that. He then. Gave me the wrong change and when. I showed him he was so irritated he couldnt even count the money right, horrible expirence. Keep staff issues in back.

I am leery of mechanics, especially their prices; which is why I stick to this location. I trust them to be honest, They complete good-work and They dont try to "push" extra work, on you. They dont upsell you on and required repairs. They even will break down the work needed, and arrange it and order that it needs to be done. Nice because it allows you to save and to know was detrimental for that moment.

I trust Lakewood Midas with my Audi. They went above and beyond and not only told me what fluids needed to be put into my car (special stuff) They topped them off as well. For the first time EVER all of my dash lights are off! No more annoying lights! Hats off to you guys :) I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Midas because of this great experience!

Despite my not having an appointment and it being a Saturday, just a few hours before closing, Mr. Hanna, kindly assessed and then remedied my seemingly unfixable Hood Latch issue. These guys were amazing! I thought I needed to have my rear brakes replaced. They did a through inspection told me my brakes didnt need replacing. Then when I asked how much for the inspection/estimate, they said no charge! I was amazed with their integrity! Definitely will recommend this place and any future car needs, I will be back!

This place is the best I have EVER dealt with. Tom the manager will help you and save you money. Very professional but still down to earth. I am a very hard customer to please but they did. Go here they WILL take care of you. Quality parts and A-1 service. My car never drove this well. Give Tom a raise!

Took my beater in to see about an exhaust issue. Turns out my car has other issues that cant be fixed. They explained everything and were really cool about it. I offered to at least pay for labor time but they refused. Good people. Think Ill be back with my primary vehicle next time I need something!

Well spent the last 2 hours with these here folks at this here Lakewood Midas. Ive got to say them boys replaced my wheel bearings in less time than it took me to stand up, turn around and pour me a cup of that free coffee they have with all the fixins. Im happier than a tornado in a trailer park!!

Brought in my Vibe, it wasnt quite humming along as well as it should. Brought it into them and Jimmy said it needed a new #2 plug, so he took it in the rear and replaced it with a fresh plug. $5 later and I was in and out of there. I always leave this shop smiling and satisfied.
