These guy are awesome!! I was on a trip from Boston to St. Louis, Mo and 10 hours into the drive my battery light came on and i had a very loud noise coming from where the alternator is. This happened at about 530pm. Some locals in Wadsworth recommended North high so I gave them a call. I had the car to them by 6pm and they verified that the bearings in the alternator were gone and that the alternator wasnt charging the battery. Knowing that I was stranded in the middle of Ohio, still 8.5 hours from home they kicked themselves into high gear and by 615pm the new alternator arrived from the parts shop and he was already working on my car. He said that he could possibly have it ready that night but I told him the next morning would be fine since I had been driving since 5am that day. He recomended a really nice hotel at a great price for the night and even one of his co-workers offered to give me a ride to the hotel!! These guy are VERY professional and VERY courteous!! They truly understand what customer service means!! Their prices are also VERY reasonable!! Knowing that I was stranded 8.5 hours from home, they could have easily price gouged me and charged me a very un-fair price, but they didnt!! He actually worked with my warranty company me and gave me a very tiny out of pocket price ($30) of diagnostics and shop fees that the warranty company wouldnt cover. I highly recommend these guys!! True Professionals and extremely friendly!!

Setting up an appointment was convenient, the service was outstanding, and the staff was complimentary. I am new to the Wadsworth area and I was hesitant at first where exactly to take my truck in for some repair, but I was informed that North Ohio was a reputable repair center so I decided to take a look. Marc, was an overall great guy, he took interest in who I was and was happy to have a conversation about what I did for a living. The exemplary customer service was exactly what I was looking forward and I left feeling fully satisfied. . My truck runs terrific and was happy to have my vehicle back the same day I had my appointment. Overall, great service, excellent staff, and affordable prices. Five Stars!

I needed some specific manufacturer airbag codes read from our VW beetle that couldnt be obtained using a standard automotive code reader/scanner. North High Auto Services (Greg) performed a full diagnostic scan of the vehicle and determined not only the specific airbag error but others that were stored in the vehicle as well. He stayed well beyond closing time to make sure I understood the error codes and presented me with suggested fixes for all of them. I was highly pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.

The people here were very helpful and transparent about my cars repairs. My car needed a evap system repair, which i wasnt familiar with, so when I started asking questions about what was going on they took me out to see exactly what was happening. Everytime something would change, theyd tell me right away the cost of both the part itself and the labour. Even though at the end it was uncertain if it was totally fixed, they provided me with clear instructions on where to go next.

This place is awesome. I live in Painesville, Oh, and was in Wadsworth for a training session for a new nursing job.After leaving the class at 9PM, my car refused to start. The AAA towtruck man recommended North High. Not only did they have me up and running by the next day, they came and picked me up from the hotel. I only wish they were closer to my home, they would certainly get my business!

I have never been so impressed with a business to write a review before. I have been dealing with them for probably 6 years now and have always walked away from my experience feeling great. Knowledgeable, talented and friendly mechanics as well as extremely fair pricing does that to me. If you think this sounds over the top, give them a try once and see for yourself. You will keep going back.

This shop is an absolute dream to work with! They are extremely helpful and always keep you up to date on the status of your car. Prices are very cheap, I have taken a Bmw 328i, a 335i, and even a 07 M5 to them and they did a great job. They even give you your old parts back to show they replaced them. Highly recommend!

Always great service for my vehicles, the work is done quickly, excellent prices and great customer service. I recently had new struts put on our Land Rover vehicle, which connect to the air suspension system. They replaced them with no problem and it cost me about 20% of what the dealer would charge.
