on 9/27/2015 around noon i decided to stop by this shop so i could see some car seats i was willing to buy on ebay so this lady that works there was pretty nice and told me to order them online with 25% off so i thought thats a good deal if we are talking about $75 off. I got home around 1:00pm and went straight to my laptop and ordered the seats $238.48 final price so i went today to pick up my order and of course pay for it i got into the shop and i noticed that this lady which is not the same than yesterday looked like she was kinda busy on the phone talking to a customer so i decided to walk around the shop and i did for about 15min so ithought it was time for me to get my seats (i was exited) so this lady looked at me and without saying nothing i figured out she was asking me for the look she gave me and right away i gave her the paper where says that i ordered this "2 APC ITR Race Seat Black/Red Stitch" she looked at the paper and kept talking to another lady on the phone trying to make a "full rear brake job" so i kept waiting and waiting for another 22min so she decided tell the lady on the phone to please hold for a few minutes. The employee went to another computer to pull out all the info about my purchase as soon as she ended she went where the seats were and pulled a big box (i was jumping inside) and she said something about the display seat to another employee so the guy said yes (i was lost) this lady came to me with one box and tells me "...this is the only seat for this model i have in box but you can take the one on display..." of course im not getting the one on display i said.. i can order one for you (online orders take no less than 8 days as online orders policies says) im not waiting 8 days to get another seat and actually im not getting nothing else from PEPBOYS ever, the bad thing i spent almost $250 in car parts (i have the receipts) and i was thinking about t spend a lot more in an audio system Thank GOD this happened i just realized that if you go to THIS particular PEPBOYS you will definitely receive the worst Costumer Service ever. I apologize if my english is not perfect, im sorry if my grammar aint right. Thank you. P.S. every single person i know will know about this and definitely will read this. We as a costumers we dont deserved such an unprofessional people dealing with us.

Took my 2007 Expedition in to take care of an occasional miss under load. Having owned Fords with 5.4L Triton engines before I knew what the problem was and told them in advance what it was..there were coil packs going bad. Service Writer had the balls to tell me I needed 4 new coil packs, PLUS a new manifold gasket, PLUS all new heater and radiator hoses ( which they had replaced in 2016 when they put a new radiator on the truck ). They wanted $1,200 for all repairs. After I pointed out they hoses were all less than a year old and the "fluid" they saw on the engine was rain water from the storm I drove through to get there ( and told them the truck had not lost any coolant since they replaced the radiator and all hoses ) I authorized ONLY the replacement of the coil packs. They called me later that day to pick up the truck and guess what...it was $1,612 and they did all the work as " technician recommended repairs " charging me $155.00 each for THE CHEAP CHINESE COIL PACKS that I can ( and have before ) bought myself on Amazon for $49.99 each. I asked for a manager to talk with. The borderline rude advisor said there was no "manager" on duty for me to dispute this with and the "service advisor" that wrote me up and claimed I authorized these repairs had gone home and would be out for a few days, so I had no choice but to pay the bill or leave the truck with them until they sorted out things internally. Then....to add insult to injury they "declined" their own credit card for the payment. Cant tell you how unhappy I am about all this, but I can tell you Ill NEVER--EVER go to another Pep-Boys for ANYTHING, ever again. I expect repair people from all trades to try and gaff me because, Im too old to do things for myself anymore...but being flat-out lied to... thats just insulting.

The kidnapping is over. Finally the police arrived and ordered PEP Boys ( FT Myers, Fl ) to release my car to me. I arrived today about 5pm with a brake fluid leak. They said they would take a look and call me. 2 1/2 hours later we look at my brakes. I need a new brake cylinder and my left rear brake is soaked with brake fluid. B. Jones the service person offers me a $447.60 pkg. I tell him I just need the cylinder replaced. But its always best to do both if one goes. The said the would talk to the service mgr and crunch some numbers. A 1/2 hour later I look for him and he offers me a $366.10 pkg. I tell him I only want the cylinder replaced he says brake fluid is corrosive. ( I have spilled it on a car hood with no damage ) I reply it will not eat a brake drum or any other metal parts. Another 1/2 hr and we are down to $325. I now say just put my car back together so I can leave. One hour later no car he is now saying the District Manager told him the car could not be released because of safety issues. I ask to speak to the D Mgr but and told hes not around. How did you talk to him I asked and he said he didnt but that was the result of an earlier similar situation. I said so you lied to me. Other unhappy customers are now offering sympathy and support. Finally I call the police........ DO NOT GO HERE. The Officer told me this location was like ground zero for customer dissatisfaction. I read many unhappy stories before posting mine and again DO NOT GO HERE

You can search YouTube for "Pep Boys Fixed My Air Conditioner" to watch my short video review. In order to fix a leak, we brought in our Lincoln Zephyr to get the air conditioner heater and evaporator core replaced. Afterward, we let them know we were experiencing problems, both with the functionality and the appearance of the finished product. We were immediately contacted by the store manager, James Turcios. He told us he would take care of us and he certainly did. Everything was repaired beautifully, including replacing the center vents, repairing the A-Pillar Panels, and best of all: an A/C compressor was replaced at no additional charge! Our A/C is ice cold and everything looks and works perfectly. Mr. Turcios even went above and beyond by staying late after his workday in order to speak with us face-to-face. He wanted to personally hand us the key to test drive and make sure that everything was operating correctly. He also came outside to inspect the car and ensure that we were happy with the finished result. We absolutely couldnt be any happier. We appreciate all the extra time, effort, and attention. This was incredible customer service and amazing work. Even though their store is in North Fort Myers and we are in Naples, we are so pleased that we will continue to visit Pep Boys for our automotive needs. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!
