Really helpful people here...I like them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, even though they were all busy with other customers. I wish the district managers would get them computers that work. The hold up in the store was not due to poor customer service but due to poor technology. These guys could do a much better job if they have the right tools. As it is, they are doing an amazing job with what they have to work with.

Car battery died and I was 3 hours from home. I have a Ford transit which is not easy to work on. The guy who helped me, John, was awesome. Super patient, very solution oriented and a positive attitude. If you need car parts, buy from these guys. I had a great experience.

I asked a counter rep to please look for 1 gal Delo oil and right away said did not have it. When a friend of him asked for same oil 20 minutes later and some how the oil appeared. Customer service not very friendly and seems to be lazy.

All these places are usually about the same, but this location has a gem of an employee named Troy. If you have a chevy and need to talk to someone knowledgeable, this store is worth the extra drive for him.
