FireStone in Winter Haven, FL Buyer Beware if you Purchase the LifeTime Warranty on Balancing, Rotation, and Alignment!! Today I had my son take my small SUV to FireStone to have the tires balanced. Just last week I bought 4 Bridgestone tires from them and they did not balance them. When the truck came back for balancing, service was refused due to booked up appointments. He refused to allow my son to wait for an opening on the walk-in schedule. I came back up with my son at this point. Jimmy refused to allow us to walk-in for services we already paid for when 1, I bought new tires, 2, I paid for LifeTime balance, rotation, and alignment. We were denied service because we were not spending any more money, but on a Warranty. People who walked in after us with no appointment were told it would be a couple hours of waiting, but they were paying for more services. He flat out refused to allow us to walk-in because we were Warranty Work. I have made appointments in the past and still had walk-ins go before my appointment. FireStone does not like to perform Warranty work and they treat you like crap when you come in for the service They Offer, You Paid for, but not worth the their time obliviously. Jimmy was happy to call the police and make the report for me that they refused to do the work for which I paid for. I never heard of a company that was so eager to make a police report on their own company, then to resolve the situation with an amicable conclusion. I was more then willing to wait a few hours to have the service done, but he refused and now I have to drive hours away with a bouncy front end that makes me nauseated I had to stop on I-4 it was bad. Glad to know they take good care of their customers. All I was needing was a balancing of my tires. Service Refused. But they allowed a Pit Bull in the building and that should have been service refused, but apparently acceptable. Really. Thank you FireStone for not letting me down but keeping up my Faith in Money Grubbing Business Practices.

Came in the replace 4 tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was dried tire lube all over the new tires and my wheels. It is unacceptable to spend hundreds of dollars on tires and see the product in such a state. I was informed that I had lugs missing. I had just replaced brake pads myself about a month prior, and absolutely did not have any lugs missing before Firestone got their hands on my car. No mention to replace them prior to me picking up the car anyway. They never aligned my car, as promised and as necessary, so that became an additional $130 expense I was not expecting. My wheels also came back damaged all around the lip. It appears as though someone was operating the machine that had no clue what to do. Obviously, curb rash may or may not have been there prior, so Im willing to give them a pass, but again, I had just done brake work, and know the condition of my vehicle. Long story short, the service was absolutely horrendous, my car looked worse than when I brought it in, the service was done sloppily, lazily, and when I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and defiant. I would never allow these people to touch another vehicle I own. Garbage service, garbage attitude. There are about 3 or 4 other tire shops within about a mile of this location. I suggest trying anything before them.

Came in to have my tire plugged. I had a 1/4 screw in it.I didnt know that at the time. The older blonde lady came out to look at it. It was 3inches from the wall, and she said I needed a new tire. No worries, I bought my tires last year and was told I had 50,000 mile warranty, or lifetime. Specifically told if I have a nail, slashed tires, etc. it would be replaced . She told me I had NO warranty. I will never go to your pathetic, criminal establishment EVER! Discount Tires plugged it for free! My mother is in the hospital in ICU, and today was not the day I needed this!This will be on my social media, as it is being copied and posted.

I purchased the lifetime alignment a few years ago. Theyve aligned my truck several times in the past. They usually say itll take 1-2 hours and they dont usually get to it cor 2-3 hours I usually spend 4-5 hours waiting. Today after two hours I go back in firestone just to find out they can no longer do the alignment at the winter haven store and Ill need to take it to Lakeland. Im usually disappointed with how long it takes today Im just disappointed all together. I do not recommend using the WH firestone at all.

Brought my vehicle in to get a tire changed and they did thousands of dollars in damages to my paint job due to negligence. The manager Scott put in writing that they were going to pay for the damages. I went in five times trying to resolve the reimbursement and he just keeps lying and telling me that "theyll be sending a check." No check ever came after months. I had to hire an attorney to pursue this matter. This is the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever brought my vehicle to.

I had the best experience at this location when Jimmy saw me in the traffic light and he told me that my tires were bad long story short he convinced me to follow him and i left with 4 new tires great customer service i live in Lakeland and i dont mind driving to Winter Haven thank you firestone they have a good team if i am not mistaken Scott, Mike and Jimmy oh and the technicians

Told me that they were putting new parts in my car, when I checked the part numbers, it was a re-manufactured item. I called them out on it and the service manager said he was told wrong by the supplier which was a lie because when you check it online, where the world can see, it says remanufactured item. I will never use them again. FCUK WINTER HAVENS FIRESTONE.

I have a fleet vehicle, and the manager informed me that they have to do an expensive fix and the company i fleet for authorized it. 3 hours later, they were still waiting for the authorization and i was waiting for my truck. $$$ label on the side of my truck instead of my companys. Mechanics are excellent.
