I took my sons first car (old car that I had for 12 years) after another local mechanic place totally raped me for this and that, that I didnt even go in for, and we drove the car out in worse condition with broken struts...that werent broken when i drove it in there! I researched and found that A Expert had good online reviews so I took my sons 2002 gold Hyundai Elantra in. I had it a day or two later and its terrific. Then my husband took his car in to be looked at, to diagnose an issue and give us a price point. They kept it overnight...the issue acted up once with them and then never again...they couldnt diagnosis it due to that and since they couldnt find out what had been wrong, despite looking his car over and testing it numerous times...they didnt charge him. I have found my neighborhood mechanic!

Took a set of NEW tires here that I had as spares and had them mount and balance them. Charged me a pretty penny to do so, upwards of $80. When I left I got about 2 miles down the road when my car started shaking. I called them and told them what was going on and he said "Your tires are cupped really bad and nothing we can do about it, they were tires you brought us". When I got back to my shop I got looking and the weights were ALL missing, none on the wheels. So I called him back and told him that the weights came off and they told me there was no way. So I took it back and sure enough the weights came off in the first two miles and they tried passing it off as "My bad tires". Drove great the second time with no noise or vibration.

I am the the owner and would like to explain our one bad review.A women brought a tire on a rim into our shop and asked us to replace it. Her car was on the side of the road. We replaced the tire and 10 minutes later she came back with the car and the tire was rubbing on the fender and was ruined.After inspecting the vehicle we discovered the first tire was destroyed because it was the wrong size for the car. we offered to sell her the correct size tire at cost to help her out. The lady was not satisfied and we then offered to pay for half of a new tire. This wasnt to her satisfaction either, she then called the local paper who then called us. The paper after reviewing all the facts told the lady we were being more than fair.

My car broke down on Hwy 41 on a Saturday evening and I had it towed here. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Monday, I called and spoke with them, and was told the mechanic would look at it. Early that same afternoon, I received a phone call telling me that my car was ready. When I asked what was wrong with it, he told me it was loose battery cables and there would be no charge! It was so nice to know that he was honest and that this was not just another business trying to rip people off! I will definitely be back and recommend them to my friends.

A Expert Tire made the whole tire buying experience easy. Scott got back to me very quick with quotes on a few different sets of tires for my 2015 Kia Optima SXL. He replied to several of my emails with answers to my questions. He made me aware of an upcoming $50 rebate with BF Goodrich as well. I set up an 8am appointment, the tires were in and I was out in less than an hour. I dont think thats ever happened for me before. Ill be using them for all of our cars! The tires are a great selection! Recommended by Scott.

My sister and I were tasked with getting the tire repaired today. It had a nail in the tread. It looked as if we were going to have to pay 30 bucks to get the tread fixed, but due to the greatness of A Expert Auto Repair, they found that the nail didnt puncture the tire. Instead of taking advantage of us ignorant children, they told us we were just dandy to drive. No cost and took only 5 minutes. Would recommend taking any car here instead of Honda or any other dealership to get repairs done.

The place is dirty with spiders and webs but the staff is great and helpful. They come across very genuine and honest. I will definitely go back here when I need to. They didnt try to convince me or the people that came I after me of any services beyond what we came in like most do. They even stated most try to rip you off and get you to sign up for services you dont need. I love that this isnt a corporate company.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years. The management is knowledgeable and extremely polite! The employees are knowledgeable, professional and absolutely right on time! There is no way I will take my vehicles any place else because I know Ill get ripped off. Not here. These folks will go out of their way and bend over backwards to help you before they help themselves !!!

My car broke down in Gulf Coast Town Center and two people pulled over to help and suggested A Expert Tire down the road on Alico. The owner was very nice and helpful and got me back on the road quickly. The price for everything was very fair and I did not feel ripped off like I have at other tire stores. I will be going out of my way to go back there for future car issues.

I have been bringing my car here for almost five years and they have helped me with oil changes and tires to mechanical work. The customer service is always above my expectations and they typically are able to do small things same day or as you wait. Not to mention the prices are always fair and have never tried to turn a simple oil change into anything more for their gain.

AMAZING!! Im driving across the country and took my car in to one place just to have it checked out to make sure it was ready even though it had been driving fine. They quoted me $2000 for repairs. I took it to A-Expert to get a second opinion and will be picking my car up after only a few hours and a bill of $400! Love, love, love them!!

Service here is always extremely fast and at a great price. These guys dont try to screw you over like other mechanics around here will. Today I called in at 4:15 and asked if I would be able to get an oil change on 2 cars and they said to come on in even though they closed at 5! I arrived at 4:30 and the cars were done by 4:45!!!

I came in on Friday with what I hoped was a basic repair so I could limp home. Turned out it was a more involved problem, but the mechanic and the manager were super nice. I was there all day and they offered me water and options and I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to keep working the problem.
