I had my rear brakes repaired. Because they did not fully understand how the braking system worked, Ive had to have two subsequent brake jobs in two years. What makes it so bad is that they will not stand behind nor take responsibility for what they messed up in the first place. If the back brakes arent functioning correctly, undue stress will be applied to the front causing hot spots and damaging rotors. Among other things, Ive had to have my rotors turned 2x, in two years, at my expense, because of the poor job. There were obvious issues with the adjuster arms and the wheel cylinders that the tech did not recognize. I made the mistake of assuming the tech was a professional and that everything was A-OK. When confronted with the issue, Firestone would not take responsibility for the substandard brake job and the two Ive had to pay for since. My advice is keep driving and look for another company to do business with, this one will be a mistake.

Wow. I am absolutely floored by how rude and demeaning the woman at the desk was (Liz J). I couldnt even ask her a simple question without her freaking out and getting worked up. Very bad at explaining things, but only because she treated me like I was an idiot. Horrible people skills. The other man there was very nice and helpful though! I think his name tag said "Fluffy". I was hoping after having to deal with her over the phone all day, I wouldnt have to see her in person again. Also, I brought my car in at 10am, was told it would be done by 12, and got a call at 11:30 saying they had to have my size tires delivered from another store (30 minutes before they were supposed to be done). No big deal. Then they said it would be 3 more hours. So that would be 2:30 right? My car wasnt ready to be picked up until 4:30pm! How on earth does it take someone 6.5 hours to put 4 tires on?! I get that 2 hours were spent getting the tires, but come on.

First time I called to check on getting an oil change and tire rotation I figured I would never go there. However, having purchased a lifetime package from another location in TN I wanted to continue to have "free" alignments. Glad i did, staff was polite and honest about all work. When they said something was wrong, they gave me some shop glasses and escorted me back to the car and showed me the actual problem. They estimated the job to be done one afternoon but called to see if I could leave the truck overnight. I agreed but they it wasnt ready till mid afternoon. They tire manager steve made up for it by giving me 20 dollars off my next service and said the best way to avoid long delays is to schedule and appointment. Seems like a fair shop...

I work for a local competitor and I came here to see how they worked. I set an appointment for an oil change and a flat repair. Price was pretty much exactly what I expected, Liz the manager was fantastic and friendly, she greeted me as soon as I walked in, and explained everything very well. Their waiting room is comfortable and clean with a lot of drink options. I waited exactly an hour which is what Liz told me it would be. Everything she told me my car needed, I knew it needed and she was honest about all of it. Prices were all very fair and she made no attempt to pressure me into any extra repairs. Thank you to Liz and her team, keep up the good work!

Took my 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 for a courtesy alignment check (I have the lifetime alignment with Firestone). I waited around an hour, got a clean bill of health and went on my way. A couple of days later I noticed my steering wheel was cocked 45 degrees to the left while driving straight on the highway. Upon inspection I found that the technician left the jam nuts loose on the steering linkage between the pitman arm and the drag link. Had this gone unchecked I couldve lost the ability to steer altogether and likely wrecked, causing damage and possible injury. Will not be back at this location.

I thought the staff was very friendly. My car needed a compressor and even though it was a little past the warranty they still replaced it. Nor only that but the part was not made anymore and they tried several different ones until they found a match. The mechanic working on my car stayed past his shift and missed his dinner to continue working on my car. Thats dedication. Liz the office personnel did a fantastic job and was very informative and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Well they told me since they couldnt recreate the problem with just driving the car a short distance. There was nothing they could. They didnt hook anything up to it to check fuel pressures or timing. He said he was slammed and didnt have time to mess with it because he was going on vacation in 3 days. The worst shop Ive been too in a long time. But they did try to sell me tires. Lol

The lady at the front desk was clueless. Said that my car required tpms sensor on the wheels by law. Little does she know or anyone know for that matter VW stopped using the sensors in the wheels from 2011 forward. 2011 forward the tpms is monitored through the abs sensor on the back of the hub. She wouldnt even touch my wheels. Wish you could rate 0 for lack of knowledge.

I have taken my car to Firestone several times for different repairs. They are always friendly, knowledgable and helpful in making decisions about repairs. They find the problem right away and complete the repairs the same day when possible. Once they fix something, it stays fixed. Cant say enough good things about the guys at Firestone. Repairs are reasonably priced.

Eh, I wouldnt trust it. Theyll tell you somethings wrong with a certain thing when its not true at all. They put the wrong type of oil in my car, and they tried telling me I needed a new battery when I just got a new battery from them a couple weeks prior. And if you get the credit card with them theyll add more things "wrong" with you car so you pay more money.

Attention Firestone Cardholders in the Louisville Area: Do not even consider the dowtown Firestone location. The Outer Loop Firestone has amazing customer service and actually delivers! They are honest and do not try to up-sell you at every turn. I was very pleased with my experience, again.

The last 2 times Ive come here theyve pissed me off. I called they told me to come by i get there guy with a neck tattoo tells me theyre too busy to look at my tire for a nail. Last time guy argued with me about buying a ture there.

Fast enough, ready in 55 minutes instead of 45 for oil change which seems reasonable, and theres no oil dripping out on the pavement so presumably it was all done well. Weirdly nice, clean bathroom.

Deceptive work, business practices and prices. Be careful when taking your car to this location or the downtown location. They will TRY to get every bit of your money and leave you DRY!
