To begin with I was just going in to get a simple oil change along with adding a stop leak so the minor leaks could be sealed. when I called and asked if they were closing it was around 4:30 when they close at 5 and they allowed me to be fit into their schedule so that I can get it done that day even though they had to stay overtime. When I walked into the shop I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who knew so much and was a great help in locating places that I needed to go for further parts and necessities. The manager I believe even stepped out of his office to greet me and knew exactly what was wrong with my car even though it wasnt good news I was still captivated by the information that he was telling, that I had no idea about my own car, like a true scholar of mechanics. Even though I went in for a small oil change their attention to detail and ability provide great customer service is why I recommend this place 100%. they will never let you down as far as prices, service, and over satisfaction and give to you as much as you need which is rare in mechanic businesses.

Took my 03 Mitsubishi Outlander in because of a persistent thumping sound. They said it was an engine support, and fixed it. Then the noise came back two days later, I went back and one mechanic rode with me. After which he told me it was because the transmission is as old as the SUV and they get aggressive with age, and or it was from parking on an incline. Not to mention claiming the SUV needed either a fuel filter or new fuel pump after it seemed to stall. A couple months later, I took it to an actual dealership. Know what it was? The differential bushings needed replacing and the transmission needed maintenance. Almost $900 later the noise is gone and the truck drives fine Plant City Automotive doesnt know crap. Im starting to wonder if I even needed that engine support to start with. Not taking my SUV back to them, no matter how good their prices are.

The things they dont personally service, they know others in the industry who they can refer, that are just as great and trustworthy as they are. This only comes from years and years of experience. Highly recommend anyone in need to take their care here! You wont find better service or pricing!

I have been having issues with my car and we brought my car in and Holly was wonderful we explained that we didnt have all of the money and we asked if we could put what we had down and we will pay the next when i got paid the employees are excellent at what they do i highly will recommend this place to have work done on my car rrom now on

Plant City Automotive is absolutely great!! Brought my SUV to them on a tow truck and they brought it back to life for me. They have great mechanics and their customer service is by far the best I have experience in the area. Bigger corporate shops have a few things to learn from this small business. Super fair, and super nice people that work there. I came in to get some work done on my suspension. They made room for me and started right away. Usually mechanics will get irritated with questions but with them they didnt mind, which kind of made me feel more comfortable. I recommend them

Great place. Brought my Jeep there because of a noise I heard, they knew what it was right away. The showed me the part that was broken. They fixed it fast and at a great price! The guys there are amazing and very friendly! I will be going back for any other car trouble! Thank again guys!

Tony is not only comical but very knowledgeable in automotive. I went in looking for an oil change and possibly a tune up. Tony was honest about me not needing a tune up and did the oil change. I as a woman feel secure with him as my mechanic. I highly recommend Plant City Automotive.
