Went there this morning to drop my car off for maintenence, the woman who was supposed to be behind the counter informs me just a minute and disappears for about 10 mins, then comes back and asked me about a car I did not drive, I let her know what I needed and while she was gone for 10 mins arranged for a coworker to pick me up, after asking for me about a car that I did not drive she then asked if I had an appointment, its 1020am, no I do not, she then tells me that to take my car in, her employees would have to skip lunch and be written up, due to the fact that she just booked 4 appts. Which could have been done while I was waiting for 10 mins, who knows. Had she told me they were booked instead of wasting my time it would have made for a better experience than making me stand there while she could have been making appts for others that called in after I arrived. Terrible customer experience

I took 4 new tires and the stock wheels off a 06 sports car to get mounted to Tires Plus in PC at 10am. They said it would take couple of hours. Went back three times as Tire Plus never called. They were "having trouble mounting them" was the answer I got, whatever that means. Finally picked wheels up at closing time (7hrs later) and was charged $162 to mount and balance 4 tires!!! Even got charged an exotic wheel fee??? The guy even scraped the wheel weights off with a pocket knife!!! I took a real set of exotic wheels to another shop in Tampa the next day, took them an hour and charged me $15 ea to mount and balance. Even gave me $5 off ea because I brought the wheels in. If you have a sports car, go somewhere else, what a ripoff. PS asked for a manager to call on customer survey, never happened.

A few months ago , My mom took out a use car. We seen that the tries were wore out. So we decided to go get all four new tires put on it. When we went they had the tires the fit my mom car. They said it was going to take one hour and then it ended up taking more then one hour. When they took my mom car out of the shop. The man that was parking the car was driving it fast while he was parking it and the front of my mom car hit the crub. We seen when it happened. The man just backed the cat and predend that nothing happened. When we were walking to the car. He just said if it was our car and smile and didnt even tell us he had broke the front defender of my moms car.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I took my mothers vehicle to this location to buy two tires and to have them installed. During the installation they told my mother that her CV Boots were leaking and needed to be replaced, ASAP and that it was for her safety that they be replaced immediately. They quoted $300.00 to start the repair. We turned them down and took the vehicle to another repair shop to have the CV Boots looked at and to obtain a quote. We were told that the boots were not leaking and DID NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED! Tires Plus, tried to take advantage of my mother and I am totally disgusted with their service.

Amber the tire manager was incredibly friendly and worked hard to beat the competitors price. The store was very busy with a long line and the phone was ringing non-stop. Amber impressed us with her professionalism and resolve handling the situation. The guys who put on our tires were also very friendly and were fast and reliable. If you need new tires dont go anywhere else. Ask for Amber she will get you the best price and treat you right. I recommend this Tires Plus to anyone looking for great service and a great deal, not just on tires, but with many other services as well.

this morning 11/21/13 my aunt took her car into tires plus-- fire stone, in plant city. she asked for an inspection. by the time she got out of there it costed her 160.00 dollars. for a hose and 2 gallons of anti freeze. hmm! lets see here, i checked the car out yesterday before her an i went for a long drive. i didnt see any fluids all over the place. hmm, we didnt over heat or any thing. hmm, sir im curious,who do you take the most advantage, the elderly,the woman, or the mentaly ill ? because if you seen or talked to my aunt,youd have to see shes all 3.

Called up the store looking for a set of 5 custom wheels/tires. The manager Ken took the order and called me back within about 20 minutes. Once the wheels arrived I dropped by for a test fit then went back a few days later once everything was mounted and ready to go. They did a great job on the install and kept me posted on the status of the order. I also had a alignment and oil change done that same weekend. Prompt and friendly service each time. Ive been coming here off and on for a while for regular maintenance and Ill sure continue after this.

Selling unneeded services to drive up prices I went toTires Plus to ask how much to check my differential fluids and was told they did not check and top off fluids .my manual states that the diff fluids should be checked every 25000 miles .The people behind the counter told me they could not do the service I requested ,however they would change the diff fluids and transfer case oil for $125.00 & tax .I refused and went a half mile down the road to TIRE KINGDOM and they did the job I had requested for $25.00,no problems

Ive been going there for years. These guys are the most trust worthing people. I went in for brakes because I was hearing some noise. The manager Ken came back with inspection form letting me know that my brakes were fine and no additional services were needed. Most places probably would of taken my money. Thank you tires plus.

Having had some bad luck with tires and nails, we wanted to investigate when the tire pressure warning light came on before continuing to Sarasota. Amber and her team gave us excellent and friendly service, going out of their way at closing time to check things out carefully. Much appreciated!
