My husband is working out of town in Ocala so I called and asked if he could bring his truck in for an alignment Joey said bring it in. So my husband showed up and they told him it would be 2 hours, OK no big deal.... Well after 4 hours his truck was done. My husband paid them there money and drove away as he was driving he noticed the truck was pulling more then it was when he got there, he turned around and went back to Firestone and told them. The service guy hopped in the truck and and noticed it to .... But told my husband it was because the road was uneven to go down a deferent street, still pulling to one side the guy tells him its his shocks or maybe his tires.... OK so instead of doing an alignment shouldnt they have told him of these problems before hand and not done the alignment. I mean obviously if you knew the shocks were bad and the front tire was choppy on one side them as mechanics should have known the alignment was a waste of time...

The way I was treated when all I asked was either if I could use a little power steering fluid or if I could buy some. They flat out told me no. Not even an offer to top up or anything. He was very rude with how he spoke to me. I was there at 5:45 on Friday 5/6/16 I didnt get to catch his name. But for someone who manages an automotive shop I was very disappointed. The need or willingness to help the customer was zilch to none. We certainly dont treat customers that way at my facility.

Been having my work done here for about a year now on multiple vehicles and they always do a really good job, I got an alignment on my jeep yesterday and was out of there in 45 minutes. Joey, James and Chris are real friendly and helpful along with The rest of the staff . Will continue to go there for as long as I live in ocala!

Called Firestone told them exactly what kind of vehicle I wanted repairs on. They told me to bring it in and they will fix it. When I arrived they told me that they didnt work on that vehicle. They need to train there staff better. And not waste customers time and fuel.

Do not go unless your willing to at least double the amount of wait time they estimate...came back with problems from install...have my money so Im not a priority amymore.
